Only a mile's drive to I-70, this spacious town home is very close to the City Market and a variety of restaurants. It is centrally and conveniently located to take advantage of all that Summit County has to offer: 4 world-class ski resorts, amazing mountain biking, hiking, a fantastic road-bike trail that extends as far as Vail - just to name a few

Although winter is king in Summit County, summer fun is abundant as well, as the Marina and amphitheater are a mile away for boating and summer concert enjoyment.

Although a car is recommended, the free county bus stop is about 1/2 mile from this home. The attached garaged is a terrific amenity during the coldest months, and with that, comes the driveway, which provides parking for two additional vehicles.

The home features a fully stocked kitchen, including a slow-cooker to ensure the chili is ready when you get back from the slopes. The dining room table is large enough for 8, and the breakfast bar has 4 stools with plenty of room. Of course, a full-size washer and dryer are in the unit.

For entertainment, the Smart-TV in the living room is 55-inch LED with high definition cable. The TV includes Netflix, Amazon and HBO-Go built-in (use your own Amazon & Netflix Accounts). The high speed wireless internet (50 MBPS) provides plenty of bandwidth for streaming. For excellent TV sound and streaming music, a Sonos soundbar is part of the setup.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, closet and full bath and dresser. There is another flat-screen TV (includes, Netflix, Amazon & HBO GO apps, but not cable).

The second bedroom also has a queen bed, closet and a view of the mountains. Also with a TV with Smart Apps.

The third bedroom has 4 single beds (2 bunk beds)and a closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower (no tub).

All bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the lower level. While the living room, dining room, kitchen and the 3rd bathroom are on the main (street) level. The 2nd & 3rd bathrooms are shower only (no tub).

What makes this townhome unique

- Not a condo! No one upstairs or down.

- Main entrance is on the street level, not climbing stairs.

- Attached two-car garage. No scraping ice in the morning!

- Great HOA maintenance. Although 20 years old, the buildings look new from the outside.

- Very close to I-70. Can get to DIA in 90 minutes.

It was a perfect place for us to call home for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Owner was available by phone if we needed anything which we didn't!

Beautiful mountain cabin feel

The place was just wonderful! It gave you that feeling of being in a mountain cabin, but very close to town and amenities. Beds were comfy, everything nicely decorated. Great mountain views, but there is also the highway in your view, as there is most places around this area. Nice layout, well stocked kitchen. Dillon & Frisco are great little towns, & host was great to work with. Only suggested improvement-there was no furniture on either deck, except the grill. Overall, I would stay again whenever possible!

Nice place very clean !

We enjoyed our stay loved the place ! The only thing I didn't like was the couch it sinks in middle hard for two to sit on it comfortably . Other then that we had a nice stay . Would stay again sometime 👍𣐼􎿻

Will definately stay again!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. Everything we needed was already there for us and when we arrived and had trouble figuring out the security system Tom answered right away and talked us through it; which was greatly appreciated after a 14 hour drive! The location was convenient and it was great to have a market and Starbucks just down the street. The condo's set up with 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds worked well for our family. The washer and dryer was a nice convenience to have right outside all of the bedrooms so we could do a load of laundry every day before we headed out to explore. We were moving our son home from an 8 week stay in Denver so it was nice to have an empty garage to store his belongings in for the week which was out of our way. The condo provided all the necessities of home which allowed us to pack less to come we especially liked the large gas grill on the deck, the Keurig, all the larger pots and pans, well organized kitchen, games provided, lawn chairs, and welcome guide that helped us feel at home right away without trying to figure out how everything worked on our own. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, the next time we visit we will definitely make this location our first choice!

Perfect family vacation spot!

Our winter vacation stay here was great, thanks to:

* fabulous customer service, tips and communication ahead of our stay - making us feel welcome and comfortable

* awesome location - easy to find, close to so many things to do and amenities

* very well appointed accommodation - comfortable living and dining spaces very nicely laid out for a family to spend time together, and comfortably spread out bedrooms for privacy and rest

* lots of little touches from the Keurig, to the smart TVs and games, to the wide assortment of cooking supplies, left us wanting nothing during our stay!

I would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Condo with Stunning Views!!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Working with the owner was very easy and he was very prompt in getting back to me. The location of the condo was very convenient for skiing at Keystone, A-Basin and Breckenridge. The views of the mountains were awesome. The condo was in great shape and very well stocked with amenities (kitchen utensils, TV's, games, etc). We stayed with another family and several kids. With the three bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We received 40" of snow the week we were there, so it was great having a garage to park our car in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Summit County, but I would suggest booking early as I intend on returning!

This town home is very close to the shopping center that includes a major grocery store, 8-theatre cinema, Starbucks and a number of restaurants, sports rentals and other stores.

Dillon is located just a few miles from Keystone and Arapaho Basin and is only about 20 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Vail is a 40 minute drive west on I-70.

The FREE County bus stops at the City Market parking lot (1/2 Mile).
