Charming cottage 750 sq ft (500 sq ft indoor and 250 sq ft outdoor space), constructed in 2015. Surrounded by the beautiful garden with shady trees and singing birds. Cottage is modern and functional and offers comfortable accommodation to 2 adults.
Cottage features Air conditioning, King Size bed in the bedroom and sofa in the living room, 50" flat screen TV & DVD, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet.
Indoor kitchen is fully equipped.
Bathroom includes a beautiful shower, vanity and toilet. Bathroom is connected with the cozy outdoor shower to enjoy a hot shower under the stars.
Large screened terrace 250 sq ft with the sitting area, 32"TV, bar, outdoor kitchen equipped with the full size gas range, and laundry room the high quality washer and dryer.
Secure gated and fenced property comprises a main single story Villa occupied by owners, a Garden cottage, private boat dock that provides an easy access to the ocean via canal for the kayaking and paddle boarding lovers (2 single and 1 double kayaks and 2 paddle boards are the part of the amenities).
Guests of the cottage can enjoy the use of kayaks and paddle boards for touring a canal as well as to access the beach or explore small islands and Mangroves via Leeward canal.
Hot tub overlooking a canal is designated to the guests of the cottage, and being sanitized and water replaced for every arrival.
2 bicycles are available for the guests of the cottage. This makes easier to get around and explore the area and even Grace Bay.
Cottage is 2 min drive or 15 min walk to the beautiful Pelican Beach and 6 minutes drive to the main tourist Grace Bay area.
Blue Haven Resort and Marina are within walking distance.
The best kiteboarding site Long Bay beach is 5 min drive.
Nestled in the private Leeward community, property is just 6 minutes drive to the Grace Bay, the main tourist hot spot of Provo Grace Bay, where most restaurants, nightlife, tennis, golf, casino and shops are located.
Golf course and tennis are 5 min of drive away.

Loved it!
We absolutely loved our stay in Olga & Alan's (or is it Alain's?) guest house. They were wonderful hosts and their home is lovely. The one acre property is on the canal in Leeward Settlement. We spent every morning and most evenings sitting on the dock watching turtles swim by. The canal is very clean and swimmable when you need to cool off. It was fantastic to have the use of the kayaks to paddle around the neighbourhood or out into the mangroves. The screened room was fantastic. We wound up cooking breakfast out here each day...pretty nice to have an indoor and outdoor kitchen in the house. Both of which were fully equipped. It's a walkable distance to the closest beach but, truth be told, you really need a car on Provo. Grace Bay shops and restaurants are about a five minute drive. IGA grocery store was about ten minutes away. Get a car, you won't regret it. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on the island.

Prefect Get Away Cottage!
We fully enjoyed the property and communication with the property manager. The cottage was super cute and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would definitely return.

Absolute Paradise
My husband and I can’t recommend this location enough. First of all, Olga and Allen are not only great hosts, they are truly two of the most wonderful people we have ever met. The cottage is perfect, they have provided everything you could need or want. The location is stunning. You walk out your door, down a beautifully landscaped lane and you are at the canal, which is gorgeous. We would spend a lot of time there at night when the sun was going down. The island was fun to explore. You never knew what beautiful sight you would see when you turned a corner or what fun restaurant you would find around the bend. Our favorite place was Omar’s. Delicious 😋 Unfortunately we had some difficulty with our airline reservations and our flight was cancelled after waiting 8 hours in the airport. When we called Olga to see if it was possibly to stay in the cottage longer she came to get us at the airport, Allen took us to the grocery store the next day since we had already turned in our rental car and he drove us to the airport when we could finally fly out 48 hours later. They were truly angels and you will love meeting them and staying in their magical cottage.

Great time in Provo
Couldn’t be more pleased. The property is perfect for couples. You’re close to beaches but I would strongly suggest renting a car. Grace Bay is too far to walk. We rented a car at the grace bay car rental and it was great. We spent most of our days on the beach in Coral Gardens Good restaurants included Somewhere beach bar , Coralli at the ritz. Mr grouper, Coco Bistro…sit at the bar without reservations. Da Conch Shack and Mr. Grouper were all solid. Premium US beer and Spirits are ballpark price whether you go out or buy a 6 pack or bottle. Example…Coors Light 6 pack is $20 case of White Claw was $65 Just be ready for the sticker shock if you go to TCI…still well worth it

Highly Recommended!
Fantastic host and house! -My wife and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Olga’s Casa Kohana, and we recommend it for sure! -All of the descriptions were accurate in the listing, but the house (much more than just a “cottage”), the garden path to the canal & dock/deck, and the beauty of the canal water itself, were all even better than expected from the photos! -The host, Olga, is welcoming & friendly, with helpful local suggestions, and very quick to respond to inquiries via the VRBO chat, and in-person as needed. -There is a helpful collection of local restaurants, grocery stores, and other places of interest included in a welcome binder upon arrival. Olga also included plenty of labeled instructions to guide us through the details of the house and property, that all made our stay effortless. -The kayaks that are available at the house were a great way to explore the immediate area. Olga included detailed maps to help navigate the area’s waterways via kayak (there are indeed 2 one-person kayaks, and 1 two-person kayak, and all work well with straps to attach day-bags, however they will get wet, so wrap things in plastic bags or bring dry bags for things you don’t want to get wet). -Lastly, Olga was very helpful with arrival and departure procedures, including offering to accommodate us/our luggage, in the case that we had a later departure, which unfortunately we didn’t. -The only problem was that our stay was far too short!
