No doubt San Jose del Cabo is one of the most desired destinations in the world, with its desert landscapes, deep blue ocean and a beautiful and picturesque Historical City Center, full or art galleries, bar and restaurants

What makes this condo unique

The Ocean view is my favourite feature which can be enjoyed from the spacious private terrace or from the infinity swimming pool. The condo it is nicely furnished and decorated, with all fetaures that you may need during your stay, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier machine, WiFi, TV, AC, and even a shopping cart and insulated ice bags for use at the beach

Spacious and amazing views!

This condo is located in one of the nicest developments in San Jose, with 5 star grounds and spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. It features huge deck to enjoy the view and sun. The unit is stocked with most amenities; beach umbrella, an excellent mini Weber BBQ and whisper quiet A/C. Having said that, this condo could be a 5 star with a little TLC and a good cleaning. Pictures are probably a decade old and we were expecting a little more for the money. Several years of dirt have accumulated in corners, ledges on doors, appliances etc that need to be attended to. It should be noted that this unit is front of the guard house (gated community) and all the traffic for the entire development rolls by the front deck. The mornings are a little noisy with all the workers coming in and with construction of new homes, we had a large number of noisy cement trucks driving past. Having said that, the nights were very quiet and always had a great nights sleep. It should noted that the condos are on a hillside so you should either rent a car or be in reasonably good shape. Eduardo was super accommodating and we would definitely consider renting again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fabulous (warm)!

And the hill was good exercise (thank goodness for the air conditioning)!

Nice place comfortable and convenient but Close to street and less private than we anticipated

Nicely equipped, very comfortable and clean place with a great vibe. Unfortunately the apartment is right on a well used street so a little noisy (couldn't hear the ocean for the highway below) and patio is consequently not very private. Pool was lovely and well kept but also overlooks highway 1. Overall we had a great time and the place was a great base for our adventures. Convenient (short drive) to grocery, downtown, and great beaches. I'd definitely recommend that you rent a car!

Excellent vacation condo rental with great location and features!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay in Eduardo's delightful condo in Lomas de la Jolla. The decor is artsy (exactly as illustrated in the photos) and the condo is very well equipped with ample kitchen staples, bedding, beach towels and accessories, cable TV, WIFI and a Bose music station. The location is furthest east in the gated complex and as a result is peaceful and quiet compared to units toward the west end of the complex and closer to the highway below.

The well furnished terrace (marble table and 4 chairs / 4 lounge chairs / BBQ) was our favourite place to spend mornings and early afternoon time prior to the sun moving toward the back of the complex late afternoon. The view from the terrace is very good with wonderful sunrise orientation and the heated pool (kept at about 90F) with ample lounge chairs, and tables was much appreciated.

Long, wide beaches are a short walk or drive down the hill and through the highway underpass. Very good grocery shopping is readily available at La Comer or Walmart, both no more than a 10 minute drive or short taxi ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed the Thursday evening (5-9pm) "art walk" in San Jose del Cabo, also a short drive away. Each Thursday evening, the streets are closed and wandering through the many galleries and shops is a good experience. Cabo San Lucas and its marina, bars, restaurants and international shopping destinations are about a 30 minute drive away.

We would highly recommend this property for a couples getaway although there is also a sofa bed in the large living area so more could be accommodated. The property is kept to a high standard and the responsiveness of Eduardo and his property managers was very good.

Thanks to Eduardo (owner) and Deborah (property manager) for making our stay so enjoyable and for providing so many good tips on beaches and sites to explore. We will definitely be considering a return in the near future.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us and we are definitely planning on a return trip.

We were looking for a quiet location away from the resort crowd where we could relax, prepare our own meals and enjoy the day at our own pace. The condo at La Jolla was just perfect for us. The condo is located in a gated community so we felt safe. It was comfortable with modern decor and all of the essentials we needed. The best part was the patio and beautiful view of the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning.

Eduardo and his staff were very accommodating. My husband left his cell phone in a taxi cab on the first day we arrived. With their help we were actually able to get it back!

If you are planning a lot of activities, you might want to consider renting a car. We took a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. It was easy to walk 2-3 blocks to the Bel Air Resort and jump in a cab, usually $7-$10 U.S. to go anywhere within the City of San Jose del Cabo.

We spent our time checking out area beaches, a day trip to Cabo San Lucas, dining at local restaurants, exploring the city and horseback riding. Don't miss the Art Walk every Thursday evening. For great tacos, try La Lupita, for authentic seafood go to El Torro Guerro, and for date night go to Matador.

Attractive, well cared for development.

Lomas de la Jolla was a lovely condo in a convenient location. The condo itself was well equipped, very clean and everything that the listing represented it to be. Michael, the property manager, was very helpful and went well beyond to get us settled in on our first night.

The beach is very close and there you can eat at the delicious Mamma Mia Restaurant in the Whindham Resort also there is a Sports Bar by the restaurant. You can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunrise at the condo's private terrace or at the beach. Walking distance there is a Starbucks café, banks and convenience stores, also in Down Town San Jose enjoy the Art and colonial architecture feeling a sophisticated Mexican style. Flora´s Farm a farm / Store / Restaurant and Marina Los Cabos are 15 minutes by car from the condo
