A fine 6 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom 2,500 Sq.ft home, minutes from the city. Sleeps 15.

This stunning home, comprising of 2,500 sq.ft is a perfect home away from home. Built in 1915 our home still has many of the Edwardian features from this era but also boasts an architect designed modern extension to the rear and beautiful landscaped gardens. On entering our wonderful home you will find a property that is steeped in character but has the benefit and comfort of all the mod cons.

Our beautiful home includes such features as a spacious, modern kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms. The large garden has a heated and covered BBQ area, and there is parking within the property for up to four vehicles. Free WiFi is also available.

The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to a host of sightseeing including The National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin Cemetery and Museum, in addition to the famous Gravediggers traditional tavern and tapas bar. Our home is well serviced by public transport which will get you into Dublin City/downtown in 15 minutes (off peak). Dublin Airport is a 15-20 minute drive, as is the M50 motorway which provides easy access to the rest of Dublin and the surrounding counties. Dublin City University is a short stroll and here you will find recreational and sporting amenities. With a host of local shops, cafes and bars you will find this location a great home away from home.

CANCELLATIONS

We operate a strict Cancellation Policy. If a cancellation occurs, we will only refund payments if/when we manage to re-sell your cancelled dates in the same rental. All cancellations incur a 10% Admin Fee. This fee is calculated as 10% of the overall value of your entire stay.

If we re-sell all your nights, we will issue a full refund of monies paid, less a 10% Admin Fee.

If we only re-sell some of your nights then we will only refund the value of the nights re-sold, less the 10% Admin Fee. The value of the nights sold is calculated using the average nightly rate of your original booking.

We do not operate a cancellation insurance scheme but we strongly recommend that all guests take out full cover.

There is a security deposit/breakages bond due of €500 which can be paid in cash or via credit card(no fee's apply) on arrival to your rental.

Your security deposit/breakages bond is refunded on your day of departure after the rental has been inspected.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
