Welcome to The Kitsilano Penthouse at Alma Beach Manor. This stunning 2 bedroom penthouse is located on the top floor of a beautifully restored, 1912 Vancouver Craftsman-style, Heritage Manor Home situated on a beautiful tree lined street in the heart of Vancouver's premier neighbourhood - Kitsilano and Point Grey. Steps to shops, restaurants and services. Only 2 short blocks to the ocean waterfront. 8 minutes by bus to downtown. Best location in Vancouver!

Light and airy, our penthouse is an open concept 2 bedroom suite that is warm, inviting and makes you feel right at home. The south facing french doors provide lots of natural light and leads to a large patio deck where you can relax with a drink and take in some sunshine. The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas range and granite countertops. You can relax on the large sectional sofa, turn on the gas fireplace and relax with your favourite book or watch a movie on our new LED 46 inch TV.

The master bedroom is private and separate from the second bedroom and offers a stunning view of the ocean, north shore mountains and the beautiful tree lined street below. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with brand new pillow top hotel quality mattress, 400 thread count sheets and Pottery Barn covers and duvets. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, elegant fixtures and a granite counter top.

Arguably the best location in the city, Alma Beach Manor is only 2 blocks to the beach and 8 minutes to downtown and UBC. The bus stop is just outside the door. You have instant access to bike there is no need for a car!
