About this property

Holiday home near the beach with winter garden

An elaborately renovated semi-detached house with 120 m² living space and a 100 m² south garden in 2011 and 2017. The house has been lovingly furnished to enable a dream vacation for up to 6 people.

Bright rooms with high-quality tiles and partly underfloor heating. Laminate flooring in the bedrooms. A spacious full bath on the upper floor and a shower room on the ground floor leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

There is also a wash house with a washing machine and dryer available for a small fee. Parking spaces for your car are available free of charge.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung "einen Steinwurf" vom Meer
Ferienhäuser sind häufig eher zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das ist in diesem Haus anders: die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und gleichzeitig einladend. Wir haben uns schon nach wenigen Minuten wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Die Räumlichkeiten ermöglichen sehr gut, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, aber auch sich zurückzuziehen. Der Wintergarten ist auch bei Regenwetter ein sehr schöner Ort um "Ostsee-Atmosphäre" zu genießen. Das Haus liegt etwas zurück zwischen zwei Straßen. Dadurch ist es absolut ruhig. Dennoch ist der Weg zum Strand sehr kurz. Die Vor-Ort-Komunikation mit Herrn Suhr haben wir als sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig erlebt.

Perfekte Lage für einen Familienurlaub am Meer
Wir haben hier einen schönen Familienurlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 & 5 J.) verbringen können. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder. ☺️

Wir haben eine Woche im Objekt verbracht und fanden es sehr schön. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Für Kinder ist es herrlich dort,egal ob kleine Spiele oder auch der Weg bis zum Strand. Unsere Kinder waren am Ende so begeistert von den Räumlichkeiten und der Umgebung das sie gar nicht nach Hause wollten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Schöner Familienurlaub direkt an der Ostsee
Schönes Ferienhaus, große Zimmer und heller freundlicher Wintergarten. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Ostsee. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der check-in und -out sind sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wenn der Ort jetzt noch ein bisschen in Spielplätzen investiert, ist es ein perfekter Ostseeurlaub für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern.
