The Space:

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom deluxe condo nestled in the quiet Las Palmas community is fully furnished. With a stunning view of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night right off the spacious balcony. This property has everything to accommodate you and your guests.

This unit is a very short walk to one of two refreshing resort pools. With plenty of parking, this second floor unit also offers you easy elevator access.

Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. It is also conveniently close to Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and Cedar City, home of the Shakespearean Festival.

From the Boa Vista, you can visit local events and charming shops, enjoy the many outdoor sports such as swimming, golfing, tennis/pickle ball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking - and all at very reasonable prices!

Standards:

All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each occupied sleeping space. The home will be stocked with basic consumable items such as Ttssue paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish soap. Additional consumables are the responsibility of the guest.

Occupancy::

This home sleeps 1-9 persons in beds. Max Occupancy: 10 persons. Additional bedding not provided.

Master - King Bed, Sleeps 1-2 persons. Private Bath

Guest Room 1 - Queen Bed, Sleeps 1-2 persons. Shared Bath

Bunk Room - Two Bunk Beds. Full/Single (Sleeps 1-3) Single/Single (Sleeps 1-2) Total sleep capacity of the bunk room is 5.

Additional 1-2 people may sleep on sofas. The sofas are not a hide-a-beds.

Pets:

All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets in the property. IF you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

Guest Access:

This condo is located in the Las Palmas Resort in St George Utah. There are access keys at the unit. The concierge will show you how/where to use them.

The Neighborhood:

Las Palmas is a large resort type community. People from all over Utah, the western US and internationally are here. Many visiting the area for the first time as well as a lot of people who own units as second homes. Very family oriented community.

Getting Around:

No doubt: the best way to get around St. George is by car. The St. George area main attraction, Zion National Park, is about a 1 hour drive from downtown St. George. There is no public transportation to the park but from March to October there is a shuttle system within the park (so just park your vehicle in the town of Springdale and ride the shuttle into the park). During winter months the shuttle does not run so you can drive your own vehicle in the main canyon. Snow Canyon State Park is about 20 minute drive North of St. George.

To get around the city, Saint George offers a local public bus transit system Suntran. Suntran runs three scheduled routes with buses running all over the city. For details about schedules, routes, and fares, call SunTran at (435)673-8726. You can also grab a Rider’s Guide at Saint George Chamber of Commerce.

Please bring anything special required for your family needs. A few recommendations would be: coffee, coffee filters and spices. There is a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, dish washing packs, toilet tissue, papers towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and laundry pods. If additional toiletries are needed that is the guest’s responsibility to provide additional items if the starter supply runs out. If you use something of the owners, please replace it before leaving.

Wonderful St George

There was plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

Memorable spring break!

The place was clean and well stocked it was a great location so we could visit the surrounding areas. . We had a great time visiting snow canyon, zions, sand hollow, and pioneer park. This condo also has a beautiful view. Thank you !!!

Comfortable, clean and homey

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and this was a wonderful place. The bunk room was perfect for the kids with plenty of room for a family of seven. The views were impressive and the deck was very useful. Although somewhat dated, the furnishings are clean, like-new, and very cozy. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable. This is really like a home, everything seems to be well taken care of and not worn out. The pools were just right for the kids and the location was convenient for our trip. The property manager was very responsive to questions. I will definitely be keeping this place on our short list for future St. George trips.
