Boa Vista - An Escape Property

For the perfect golf getaway, business stay or sports holiday. . . we call it 'Boa Vista' because this is a rim view unit with unobstructed views to Snow Canyon and the sparkeling city lights from the deck. Be sure to bring your camera for some amaizing sunset shots. This unit is also next to the famed 'Water Fall' pool!

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom deluxe condo nestled in the quiet Las Palmas community and is fully furnished. With a stunning view of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps and city lights right off the spacious balcony. This property is near the spectacular Sunbrook Golf Course, it has everything! With lovely seating by the barbecue or the open kitchen, let this place accommodate you.

Unit is a very short walk to one of two amazing pools at the resort and offers plenty of parking. This unit is on the second floor and does have elevator access.

This property has a community pool/amenities. Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Zion National Park. Close to Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and Cedar City, home of the Shakespeare Festival.

Here at Boa Vista you can relax by one of two pools, visit the local events and charming shops, and enjoy the many outdoor sports such as golfing, tennis/pickleball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking - and all at very reasonable prices!

There is plenty of parking here. The garage is not available to guests at this time. There is not dedicated parking for trailers. IF you bring an ATV like trailer, you may need to find parking infront of the owner garage or on Canyon View. There is no street level parking in the association.


All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each occupied bed. The home will be stocked with basic consumable items such as Tissue Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Trash Bags, Dish Soap. Additional consumables are the responsibility of the guest.


This home sleeps 1-9 persons in beds. Max Occupancy: 10 persons. Additional bedding not provided.

Master - King Bed, Sleeps 1-2 persons. Private Bath

Guest Room 1 - Queen Bed, Sleeps 1-2 persons. Shared Bath

Bunk Room - Two Bunk Beds. Full/Single (Sleeps 1-3) Single/Single (Sleeps 1-2) [Total sleep capacity of the bunk room is 5]

Additional 1-2 people may sleep on sofas. The sofa is not a hide-a-bed.


All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets in the property. IF you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.
