Uncompromising details abound with very attractive finishes which include granite throughout, hickory flooring, custom iron work, travertine baths, and gourmet kitchen.

4 huge bedrooms can accommodate up to 10-14 guests and the large loft with 55" TV and X-Box is the perfect hangout for the whole family.

Just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, this home is the ideal location for either a large family vacation or a more intimate hideaway for a small family or couple seeking a luxurious experience in the heart of the Rockies.

Lazy Fox Lodge is a 3,300 sq ft private home located in the cul de sac at the top of White Cloud Drive in the upscale Warriors Mark area of Breckenridge. We are delighted to open our home to visitors who enjoy high quality accommodations in a location that's second to none. Though the house can sleep many, we ask that only smaller groups and families of no more than 10-14 (we feel we are ideal for about 6-8 adults and the remainder children, spread between the 3 large bedrooms and open loft) consider booking for maximum comfort.

The home was named after a scruffy but adorably friendly fox who took a shine to our family and who likes to visit us in the summer. If you visit when it's not too cold there's a strong possibility you'll spot him trotting through the woods or he may decide to take a nap nearby while you hang out in the hammock!

4 huge bedrooms can sleep up to 14. All rooms are heated by in-floor radiant heating and have humidifiers for your use.

Master bedroom- Has massive travertine and granite bathroom with 2 vanities, whirlpool tub and separate shower. Also features mountain views of Peak 9 and has a gas fireplace. Sleeping is accommodated in a king sized bed with memory foam mattress and the room also has a pull-out sofa bed.

Upstairs guest bedroom- Has a full en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. 2 queen beds plus pull-out sofa bed are perfect for another family or children.

Downstairs guest bedroom- En suite bathroom is also for downstairs guests. Contains large closet and 2 full beds with memory foam mattresses.

Loft bedroom- Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the loft in a pull-out sofa bed

The perfect Ski Location! Lazy Fox Lodge backs thousands of acres of national forest so once you walk out (or ski out!) the back door you can join the Burro Trail and ski down to the lifts at the base of Peak 9. Returning is through the trees off Peak 10. This is a black run so we would recommend only more experienced skiers make the return journey on skis.

If you prefer to drive, the lodge is only 1.5 miles to the gondola station, no more than about 5-7 minutes in the car.

A haven for mountain-bikers! Though known worldwide for it's incredible skiing what’s slightly less known outside of Colorado, is that Breckenridge also hosts an equally big, diverse, and excellent network of singletrack for everything from the timid novice to the super-adventurous expert. One of the things that makes Breck so wonderful as a mountain bike destination is that many of the great routes are accessible directly from town with no driving or shuttling required. Walk out the back door of Lazy Fox Lodge and find yourself mere yards from the Burro Trail which offers easy access to town and the wealth of mountain bike trails plus the rec path which can be followed from Breckenridge all the way through Frisco, Copper Mountain, Vail and beyond. The whole family can happily enjoy the Vail Pass- an all downhill run from midway between Vail and Frisco. Gorgeous scenery and a paved trail make it suitable for everyone.

Lazy Fox Lodge is ideally situated ideally close to town with its many world class dining and a great selection of bars. Some of our favorites include Blue Stag Saloon, Briar Rose and Blue Moose for breakfast. Breckenridge Brewery is at the bottom of the hill of the Warriors Mark neighbourhood and is one of the more popular Apres Ski destinations in town.
