Our cozy home is close to Yonge street of Richmond Hill. This backsplit detached house is very bright, clean, spacious and provides you with all the necessities you need for a great stay including free WiFi and 3 parking spots on the driveway. Modern open concept kitchen. Hardwood flooring throughout. 10 mins walk to Hillcrest Mall. Steps to two big parks. . 4 mins walk (350 meters away) to Richvale Communal Pool and Community Centre. Highway 404 and Hwy 7 nearby, 30km to Pearson Airport, 35km to Downtown Toronto. 3-4 Minutes drive to a plaza with Sobeys, Longos and another plaza with Walmart is just 5-6 minutes drive. Starbucks, Macdonald’s and many restaurants nearby.

You will have access to the entire house, front yard and back yard. You are NOT sharing any space with anyone! There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the upper level. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor. There is a washroom (no shower) on the ground. The 4th bedroom and 2nd full bathroom are in the basement. Please note that the basement will be locked and not be available to guests of 3 or fewer.

You have access to the in-house washer and dryer located on the ground floor. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Highchair and crib are available for your little ones.

Complimentary access to watch Netflix.

Very quiet area
Overall it’s a very old house so don’t expect new bath or kitchen, however it’s a very quiet and serene b neighborhood with a lovely park walking distance.

Very good location, shops around, good neighbors, very nice, only need a few things for the kitchen. For example, a blender that would be the main thing and a good cleaning that was full of dust for the owner would be 5 stars and for the cleaning person it would be 3 but if I returned to that same house I loved it.

A wonderful property - as advertised!
The property is as lovely as the photos, and the rooms were scrupulously clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location for our family Christmas this year. This was our second rental with this owner, and we absolutely recommend it for anyone.
