This charming 2 story townhome is a corner unit and has gorgeous views of the France H. I'i Brown North Course 12th fairway. The lower and upper lanai both face the ocean so you will enjoy the skies painted each night with our stunning Hawaiian sunsets.

The spacious plantation but modern style floor plan boast 10' high vaulted ceilings. The lower level great room area offers a gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 2 and a dining table for 4 and luxury vinyl flooring in the dining area and great room. Enjoy a nightly BBQ on the Viking grill as you watch the sunset while dining alfresco at the table for 6pp. There are also two large loungers to relax or suntan on.

Fairways at Mauna Lani is a gated community which offers a lush recreation pavilion, with a tropical style pool, spa and exercise room, full kitchen, alfresco dining and gas grills.The VIP Mauna Lanai Beach Club which you have access to is one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. The Cabana's and lounge chairs at the club are very useful when you are not kayaking, stand up paddling, snorkeling, viewing the ancient fishing ponds or having lunch at the beach restaurant. We also provide you with beach chairs and beach towels.
