About the property

Condo, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 1 Half Baths, Sleeps 4

Call up your friends, family, and favorite travel buddies for a stay at Northstar's Catamount building. This condo, #101, offers ski-in/ski-out access, underground parking, a fireplace, and a cozy bedroom.

When you stay at this Tahoe vacation rental, you'll be in the middle of The Village at Northstar, close to the lifts, pro shops and equipment rentals, pools, saunas, hot tubs, eateries, and a spa. Throughout the resort are activities to sign up for like horseback riding, tennis, mountain biking in summer, and golf. Sit by the community firepit with a hot cocoa or get a massage. A free shuttle will take you about the resort. There's something for everyone here!

Four friends will feel quite comfortable in this condo, with a master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and a sofa sleeper available in the living room next to the fireplace. A flatscreen TV with DVD and a stereo will keep you occupied, while a balcony will let you look out over the views of the resort. Bring back snacks and take out from the nearby eateries to store and warm up in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and a six-seat dining table.

A deep soaking tub next to an updated stand-alone shower and a pair of sinks make up the full bathroom, while a powder room is also available.

If you want a little more room or have two guests who don't want to take the sleeper sofa, consider renting the studio suite adjoining this condo. Catamount's #101-A has two twin beds, it's own bathroom, and even a kitchenette to keep a couple quite satisfied.

Beyond the resort is the beautiful blue Lake Tahoe itself where there are many beaches worth visiting. Sandy Kings Beach is about eight miles away while a longer, but scenic, drive will get you to South Lake Tahoe where Pope Beach and Camp Richardson are. Rent watercraft or sit lakeside at a local eatery. There's tons to do in the area!

Next time you're in North Lake Tahoe for a ski getaway, book this Northstar vacation rental!

About Vacasa, CA - Lake Tahoe Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

In the center of it all.

 • 5 of 5

Such a great place to rent for its location: easy parking, unloading, renting and storing equipment. Spacious, clean and beautiful. No reason more than 2 adults can't stay here--plenty of room for 2 couples (1 with bedroom and 1 with pull-out couch in LR). Impossible to contact Vacasa with questions about check-in/check-out in timely manner.

Lovely Northstar Village Unit

 • 5 of 5

Location of Vacasa is superb. This first floor unit has upgraded finishes and furnishings throughout, and underground parking adjacent to elevator is a great advantage. This is the closest location to the gondola, and is away from village noise. Ski locker and on-site spas/steam/sauna are a definite plus. Highly recommend this unit.

Excellent Location

 • 5 of 5

The checkin process was smooth and easy.. The location was killer, right next to the Gondola and nearby lockers for our skis/snowboards was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay and only recommend extra pillow cases and cone shaped coffee filters for the drip coffee maker, though they did provide a keurig just none of the stores in the village had correct filters or sold pods so I recommend you bring either. If you like Starbucks its right outside the front door.. (committed coffee addict)
