The main level features wood flooring and high ceilings with natural light pouring in for a bright and airy atmosphere. The dining area has seating for six at the table and there is additional seating for three at the granite breakfast bar. The kitchen features a Viking range, stainless appliances and granite counters and is well stocked with cooking essentials. The living area has designer mountain-scheme furnishings, a wood-burning gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and glass sliders leading to an outdoor deck with a gas BBQ.

On the lower level you will find all three bedrooms with high quality bedding and each with its own TV. Bedroom One is the Master and features a King size bed and a view out to trees. Bedroom Two has a Queen bed and outdoor access to the deck and private Hot Tub, offering great views of the Deer Valley Resort. Bedroom Three features a Twin over Full bunk. The townhome also features a loft with a comfortable full-size day bed with a single pullout trundle. The home also has a boot warmer for 6 pair of boots, a whole house humidifier and a water softener.

The Ridgepoint town-homes are located three quarters of a mile from Deer Valley Resort's Silver Lake Village, and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. The complex offers a nearby ski trail with easy access to Deer Valley Resort's slopes, as well as a year-round common area hot tub, and outdoor pool and tennis court during the summer months.

PARKING: Guest Parking is available in the underground garage below the tennis court, and in front of the townhome.

SKI ACCESS: Nestled in the mountains at over 8,000 feet, you ski-out on an access trail that leads to the Last Chance and then Success ski runs which take you to Snow Park Lodge. On the way home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair and then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail and then it is a short four-minute walk.

TRANSPORTATION: The Ridgepoint town-homes are located three quarters of a mile from Deer Valley Resort's Silver Lake Village, and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. The free complimentary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk from your Ridgepoint Townhome.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund less a 3% service fee, if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
