A very tastefully updated, furnished and maintained 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo at the popular Biarritz, this unit is in the D building with a view east into the tree tops that makes the master bedroom balcony feel like a treehouse. It’s a great place for morning coffee or breakfast.
The living room of this 568 square foot unit offers a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa for overnight guests, as well as an HDTV and direct access to your very own front balcony, with a propane barbecue grill and lounge seating for cocktail hour. The kitchen opens to the living and dining area with a breakfast bar, and is well stocked with everything you’ll need for a weekend getaway or extended vacation.

The quiet east facing bedroom features a big comfortable king size bed, HDTV and a private balcony with breakfast table and treetop views. The bathroom is nicely updated and has a walk in shower.

The Biarritz offers many activities without leaving the restful grounds. Relax by the large swimming pool and spa, surrounded by date palms. Or if tennis is your game, you’ll appreciate the two on-property tennis courts. Great location and nice grounds. Pet friendly
Pros: Super friendly staff, convenient location, beautiful grounds & pool area, gated parking, comfy bed, nice bedroom balcony. Cons: The parking spot is in the second bay which was not listed on the instructions so I had to go searching for it upon arrival. Confusing finding unit as there is the same unit number across the walkway (rental is on the east side). Hooks in the bathroom were loose. A bathroom towel had holes in it.. All in all a nice unit.
