Great Lodge Hill property. The living area and bedrooms have complete ocean views. House offers open floorplan with fireplace. This is a two bedroom home, with the additional sleeping option for 2 more with a sleeper sofa. The deck, with seating, a table and BBQ runs the length of the house and is perfect for sunset viewing. Wireless Internet! This home also has 240 electric car charger in the garage.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Property description was not acccurate
While the house is beautiful, it does NOT have a charger in the garage. It has a plug for a charger. But no one carries around a charging cable and without one you can't charge. We arrived at the residence with 24 miles on our Tesla and the closest supercharger was 30+ miles away in Paso Robles. We ended up going to a motel in town to charge for 4 hours at Chargepoint to get enough charge to get to a supercharger. In addition to this annoyance, the house was a bit dirty with animal hair, etc. Also it did not stock any type of amenity like coffee, shampoo, etc. The bathrooms had small hotel type soaps. Lastly the property management office asked us to come by and "sign a contract" but only had limited office hours, which, between having to charge and our tours scheduled at Hearst Castle, means we couldn't make it. But not sure why we'd have to again sign something? For the price we paid we expected more.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and the views are incredible. We very much enjoyed our stay although we had two issues. One was that the BBQ had no propane and the second was that the fire alarm in the master bedroom went off twice (there was no fire) including at 2am! These are issues that could easily been prevented through proper maintenance.
