PROPERTY: Casa Cacique was renovated and upgraded in October of 2015. The property is a two-story house, with marble floors and marble bathrooms, high ceilings, all air conditioned. Divided in two apartments: one in the first floor and the other one in the second floor. Both apartments are completely separated one from the other. The two apartments are available for rent, making this perfect for larger groups. LOCATION: Casa Cacique is located in Cacique Street inside the gated area of Ocean Park. The most visited beach in Puerto Rico is only 40 steps away from the house, is one of the most known beaches in the Caribbean for wind surfers, kite surfers, surfers, and all kinds of water sports. In the back street street (Mcleary), 'walking distance' are numerous restaurants, as: Kasalta Bakery (one of the most famous bakeries of PR), Mangos (restaurant during the day and in the evenings is a pub, great place for drinks), B de Burro (Mexican food), Bagua (Puertorrican food), Cocinando Suave in new up and up coming Loiza Street among others. Also in the same road you will find: surf shop, bike shops, gas station and groceries store. The famous St. Loiza you will find all kinds of restaurants, pharmacy such as Walgreen's and all types of shops.
By car the house is: 10min. from Old San Juan, 5min.from Isla Verde, 10min. from Piñones, 10min. from the airport Luis Munoz Rivera, 90min. from Rincon, 40min. from Fajardo and 60min. from Ponce.
BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom has two queen beds, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. These two rooms share a huge marble bathroom in the hallway next to the kitchen. The third room has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The air conditioned family room has a full size sofa bed. Hotel quality, fresh linens for each bed, plenty of pillows and blankets. Each room with A/C. Comfortably accommodates 9 people.
BATHROOMS: Two fully equipped bathrooms and a exterior shower for when you come from the beach. Hair dryer and fresh towels as well.

DECK: the kitchen is connected to the big patio deck with two big doors that give access to the patio. One is located in the kitchen and the other one connects to one of the guests room. Great to sit and relax.
PARKING: 2 private parking, back to back (small cars or one big car). It has a MANUAL gate with a lock.
