Perfect place for our family vacation!

We stayed from Jan1-Jan8, 2018 and it couldn't have been better! The owner met us at the property to show us the ropes and make sure we got settled. He gave us tons of useful tips about Calgary. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Beds are comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. We especially loved the deep tub in the Master Bathroom after a day of skiing. Kitchen had everything you could need. We made all of our breakfasts and a few lunches and dinners too. Washer/dryer were so lovely to have to keep everyone tidy and smelling fresh. This was our first visit to Calgary and we plan to return. We will absolutely stay in the apartment again. It is close to restaurants, Chinatown and a big indoor mall by the train station. Underground HEATED parking made it so wonderful to use our rental car or leave it safely behind, depending on the weather. We also used the indoor gym downstairs and the beautiful trail along the Bow River just behind the apartment building. There is a wonderful adult beverage store located in the building and a Brazilian steakhouse! Honestly, this is one of our new favorite places to go and the apartment was a HUGE part of that. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thanks so much!

Great condo!

We had a great stay, loved the location and felt very at home. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the use of a hot tub in the gym area.

This vrbo was perfect for us. Ross was right there to meet us at the parking garage & to show us his condo. Great 2 bedroom condo with everything that is needed for your stay. The downtown location is absolutely perfect, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this vrbo & will be booking again in the future.

Wonderful location to explore downtown Calgary

Ross was very easy to deal with. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. 5 or six restaurants within a two-minute walk. With tons more just 5 minutes away in Chinatown . There's also a nice wine store in the main building and a wonderful Riverview. The only downfall I found is the fact that construction happening next door starts at precisely 7 a.m. . If I kept the window closed you can hardly hear anything at all. It's obvious the building is a good quality construction. I will be staying there again

Great location

Great view of Bow River, close to all things downtown Calgary. Central heat/air won't allow the unit to be cool, and there is too little humidity. Futuristic frosted sliding doors are cool, but don't keep light out of bedrooms if a light is on in living room. Second bedroom has very little room for clothes or suitcases.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. Calgary is a very dry climate and there is very little that can be done to change that. The HVAC system works well and we are sorry the tempature was not to your liking. All guests are unique in their preferences for comfort and it is tough to satisfy everyone's biases. This unit is available for longer leasing contracts at negotiable rates. We easily accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby or very young child within the unit. For any additional person over 10 years of age we charge an extra fee of $15 per night.

Cleaning fee is for basic cleaning only - if the unit is not left in the conditions specified in our rental agreement an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit.

For stays longer than 7 days cleaning arrangements can be negotiated between homeowners and guests.

We do offer an option for a two night stay at a rate Of $195/night plus the applicable fees. Please email to discuss.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
