Wonderful apartment with everything we needed.
All i can say about our experience was “wow!” We came to Calgary with our 2 kids and were there to visit Banff and check out the city. The apartment was easy to find, convenient to get in and out of the city and a perfect place to stage our adventures from. The kitchen was well stocked and very nicely laid out, the bedrooms and beds were great, and the view of the river and balcony was beautiful. Internet was fast (always a plus) and there was great underground parking. Ross, the owner gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and gave us all the tips for the town. Thanks for a great visit to Calgary!

Great Condo in a Perfect Location
The location of the condo in the Eau Claire district of downtown Calgary with a beautiful view of the Bow River is perfect. The building is beautiful and the parking is easy and secure. The owner was easy to contact and very generous. Check in was easy and convenient. The condo is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We were in Calgary for a family wedding on Prince's Island and this was the absolute best location for us as it was minutes to the Prince's Island Bridge and the River Cafe. The three of us were very comfortable in the two bedrooms and it was lovely to have two bathrooms and a really nice washer and dryer. Wonderful stay. Perfect really. Highly recommended!!!!

My daughter, husband and I had an enjoyable five-night stay in this well-equipped and centrally-located stunning condo! The underground parking was a great bonus and the proximity to the river was the icing on the cake. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and especially those with kiddos.

Additional information about rental rates
Please ensure that you have viewed our rates in CAD by clicking on the currency converter in the upper right corner of the rate section. This unit is available for longer leasing contracts at negotiable rates. We easily accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby or very young child within the unit. For any additional person over 10 years of age we charge an extra fee of $15 per night. Cleaning fee is for basic cleaning only - if the unit is not left in the conditions specified in our rental agreement an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit. For stays longer than 7 days cleaning arrangements can be negotiated between homeowners and guests. We do offer an option for a two night stay at a rate Of $195/night plus the applicable fees.
