This updated, 2-bed, 2-bath rustic-chic condo is located at the Powderwood Development, in the Kimball Junction area of Park City. Powderwood is known for its unbound mountain views…and those views are on full display in our condo!
Catch the free shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes, and explore all that this spectacular mountain town has to offer. If you bring a car, there is a parking spot waiting for you.
Powderwood also has shared amenities like a fitness clubhouse, pool and spa, and lots of trails and play areas just outside!
INSIDE THE CONDO
Recent upgrades make this a top-notch option for your Park City getaway. A gorgeous stone fireplace anchors the living area, which also has cozy leather seating and a big view of the mountains through sliding glass doors.
These doors lead to another great feature: your mountain-view balcony. A table for 2 is the perfect setting for a romantic moment. Just add steaks from the gas BBQ grill and a bottle of wine. The table inside does have a flip-up leaf that can be utilized to seat 4 comfortably.
Or cook inside: the galley kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses—you name it! The appliances are all new. We even have a dishwasher and a washer & dryer (also in the kitchen) to help with cleanup.
Bonus: our upstairs loft is a great spot to escape with a good book (there’s a small library for you to choose from!). Climb the modern, spiral staircase and settle in. NOTE: Because the stairs are open, they are unsafe for children.
This condo sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. The master is downright heavenly, with a king-sized bed and mountain views to greet you every morning. The en-suite master bath has a walk-in shower and a spacious vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds—great for kids!
