This Luxury Log Home is located on the 4th Hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature Prospector Golf Course. Knotty Pine abounds in this four bedroom, three and a half bath, 2850 square feet home.

This 'cabin' boasts 25’ vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, cherry cabinets and tile floors. The living and dining rooms connect to make a large open great room with a 60 inch flat screen TV, separate sound system, and a blu ray player. Upstairs there are two master suites with super comfortable king sized log beds and flat screen TV's. The larger of the two also has a jetted tub. Outside of the master bedrooms is a loft area that has a double bed and can serve as a fifth sleeping area in the home.

On the main floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom/rec room has a queen wall bed and a day bed with trundle, a foosball table, a 42 inch flat screen TV with blu ray player and french doors that lead out to the hot tub. The second bedroom on the main floor has a bunk bed, two single beds and a TV. This home is in a prime resort location a short distance to the winery, the Inn and Village of Suncadia.

Suncadia, a Four Seasons Resort, encompasses 6300 acres, boasts 3 Championship Golf Courses, Miles of Hiking, Biking, and Cross Country Trails and now under construction: 230 Room Lodge and Convention Center, Spa, Amphitheater, Skating Rink, Fishing Lakes, Retail Village, Sports Complex, and more. All located just 80 miles from Downtown Seattle.

**Please note....When renting from a private owner in Suncadia you have access to all public resort amenities as well as the lodge pool but not the swim and fitness facility, which is a private facility available only if you rent through the resort at significantly higher pricing.

A great place for large families

We had our large family winter trip here and it was fantastic. It snowed while we were there. Plenty of space for the kids to play in the snow. The hot tub was hot and 3 deer walked past us as we soaked. Found everything we needed in the kitchen and had lots to keep our teens busy. Owner was prompt in reponding when contacted during our stay. Thank you!!

Wonderful, large home, well equipped and right on the golf course

We had a great time enjoying this rustic “cabin”. It has enough beds to sleep a small army, plenty of space, was well equipped, had a two car garage with space to park inside, a hot tub, patio etc. We were able to walk out the back door and sled right on the golf course on a great little hill that we had all to ourselves. The home also features multiple French doors which I imagine would be wonderful to open during the summer. All around we had a great weekend. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great getaway spot!

This place was great! It’s super family friendly with tons of sleeping options for little ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kind of utensil and pots and pans you can think of. We made good use of the board games at night, and warmed up in the hot tub after sledding on some of the little slopes out back. My son’s favorite part was the flock of wild turkeys roaming around the outside of the house. The owners are really accommodating and fast to respond to any questions. Beautiful house, we hope to come back again soon!!!

Perfect house!

We absolutely had a great time at this house in Suncadia! It was perfect layout for us 4 adults and 4 kids! And right on the golf course which made for some great sledding hills!! The hot tub was added fun as well!

About Brittany Gaydos

We are a family of 6 living in Seattle. We recently took over ownership of the Swiftwater log cabin and are excited to build memories here with our 4 daughters. We have always enjoyed coming up to Suncadia because it's close to Seattle but feels a world away. Instead of spending hours traveling we can actually enjoy our "vacation" time actually vacationing instead of driving/flying, etc... we look forward to sharing our home with you and seeing, hearing about the memories your families make at the cabin as well. We hope this is a place you will want to come back to year after year!
