Recently refurbished kitchen, with new appliances and granite counter-tops, new tile flooring through out, while still maintaining that fresh warm feel and look of a mountain getaway.

This is a highly desirable, one of a kind - ground floor E Unit property. It is an absolutely 60 to 90 SECOND walk (with the kids) to the NEVER crowded Tamarack Lift. People familiar with Stratton will tell you. Park your car and never use it again. Stores, restaurants and village - a few fun minutes walk to. Well kept furniture, master queen size with petite bunk room. Kids go crazy over this custom designed Bunk Room. Great for honeymooners or family of 4. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, this unit is not suitable for more than 3 adults. Ground floor unit - walk to lift, ski to front or back door for lunch! Don't be fooled by any other units - Google Earth anything. Check out my video of the ACTUAL walk time, and don't take my word for it use your watch to time it!! No need to wake up 3 hours before you go out skiing to - GET Ready for the Journey to the Lifts! This condo has all amenities, fully stocked pantries, firewood outside patio doors(not down the path away), fire starters, flat screens, games for the adults and rugrats, sleds etc. Don't let this one go!!!
