Our 3BR/2BA condo is central to all the activities of South Tahoe. The list is endless for outdoor sports, dining, and nature’s challenges! And they’re all close. Even better? This condo has 2 levels of canal views and a place to dock your boat!
INSIDE THE CONDO
From the first floor living area, access the deck through patio doors and watch the boats while grilling some burgers (we provide the grill). Inside, a wood stove gives warmth on chilly days, and wall-mounted flat screen TV and sofa make for great movie nights. The couch also folds out to a queen-sized bed for extra guests.
Plan to cook on your trip? The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar and barstool seating for 2: a great spot to sit and chat with the cook. Sit down to the 5-person dining table across from the couch in the living space.
One bedroom is on the main floor. It has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom.
The bathroom vanity sink is open to the bedroom while the shower and toilet are enclosed.
Two more bedrooms on the second floor include the master, with a queen-sized bed and access to a private balcony (great for stargazing before bed!). The other bedroom has two queen beds. Both of the upstairs bathrooms share the second bath, which has a shower/tub combo and a first-rate feature: a stacked washer and dryer!
For an additional charge, you can get access to the community pool and hot tubs!
Lots of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking and biking distance!
Boat rentals, water ski shops, the Rubicon Trail, paragliding, El Dorado Beach…all within an 8 minute drive, not to mention winter skiing, x-country, snowshoeing, and skating in the winters months.
THE FINE PRINT
In response to South Lake Tahoe County's ordinance on short-term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #009315. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 10 people and 2 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.

All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection insurance policy.
