A modern kitchen that is well appointed to create your dining experience. This allows you to unwind in your own private Pool & Spa with serene mountain views. The outdoors provides stylish chaise lounges, gas grill, and dining for six in your own desert oasis. And you will know that you have arrived to what vacationing in Palm Springs is all about. This South End jewel is minutes to downtown Palm Springs with shopping, golfing, casinos, restaurants, nightlife, major resorts, and so much more. Rarely is a home of this comfort and quality available as a rental. The City of Palm Springs ID # 3015. The City of Palm Springs permit # PS 6405

There is a $200 cleaning fee and an optional fee of $50. per day (Fall, Winter, Spring Only) to Heat the Pool.

Please note that there is a supplemental air conditioning fee of $10 a day during the months of June 1 - Oct 1.

Great stay!
I rented this house for my family and they loved it! The house was just perfect to hang outside - which they did all day, every day! It had everything they needed and they want me to rebook it for them again next year! 😊 Thanks Anthony from my mom and aunt!

Long weekend in PSP
We stayed for a long weekend with friends and really enjoyed our time. The patio, pool and jacuzzi were exactly what we wanted to relax and have fun together. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were separate enough to offer privacy. The neighborhood was ideal. Bonus that they allow pets so our friends could bring their cat!
