Ocean 17 on the boardwalk unit 7 immaculate beachfront condo at 17th & boardwalk. Our one bedroom, one bath condo features outstanding ocean/beach views inside and out. You will also find a roomy, well equipped kitchen w/glass tile back splash, granite countertops, a living/dining room and a queen size sleeper. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full load washer/dryer combo in the unit. Renovated bathroom with travertine floor & shower tiles/seat, frameless glass shower door, high end oil rubbed fixtures w/rainfall shower & spa like hand-held wand w/4 different spray settings. The decor is "beach casual" and very comfy. Newly renovated with 6" plank flooring, area rug, fresh paint and completely furnished, this condo is perfect for carefree beach days. A picture window in the living room offers an alluring view of the ocean. You`ll find yourself spending your days swimming in our heated pool or lounging on the oversized sun deck. There are also plenty of tables overlooking the ocean to enjoy your meals or a snack. If you enjoy sunning on the beach it`s just steps away. This location also makes biking or jogging on the boards easy or enjoy a short walk down the boards and you can enjoy all the fun, shopping, and eats that makes our boardwalk famous. There is also ample off-street parking. For your comfort 1 bedroom 1 bath queen size bed sleeper sofa, wi-fi internet, central ac and heat ceiling fans flatscreen wall mounted color tv’s, kitchen with stainless steel new refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, water heater, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware, utensils, full load LG washer/dryer combo heated pool 30` x 40` open from Memorial day - Oct. 1, reserved off-street parking, shower, bike rack, 2 beach/4 pool tags provided - No smoking - No pets

Reservations/deposit: a 50% deposit is required to reserve your week. This deposit is due within 7-10 days after receipt of your lease agreement in order to firm up your reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to your occupancy. There is a refundable $500 security deposit due with the first payment.

Perfect.
Everything about staying here was wonderful. The location couldn’t be beaten! Right below where the shops etc. begin on the boardwalk. It’s not as busy and the Sindia pavilion is right there to sit in the shade on the boardwalk. (Named for a ship that recked there years ago when it thought the lights of Atlantic City was the NY harbor!) Alex was wonderful with communication and didn’t mind at all that I had to message multiple times bc I was delayed getting there. The condo itself is awesome! The detail in the decorating amazed me. Very clean! Great kitchen appliances! It’s nestled back in a corner so your away from any noise from the pool area and I really appreciated that the bedroom could stay dark and the living area bright and light. The shower is to die for! It is the perfect place for a single traveler or pair! I think it’ll also work well for the additional kid or 2 to sleep on the pull out. My family has been coming to OCNJ since the 1920s and the past few years I’ve been the only one able to come. The price, local, Alex, and the Condo itself made this the perfect place for me!

Great location and beautiful little apartment
Very pleased with the location of the apartment. Right on the boardwalk. You can either go to the beach or the large clean pool or both. Apartment was extremely well organized and had everything we needed for the week.

Great Place and Location
My family and I (husband and 2 small kids) stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us. Very clean. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was also a very nice option to have. The property owner was very commutative, pleasant, and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely be renting again!

Family Vacation
We are a family of 4, two children 4 and 5 who are looking to go at all times, this condo was perfect. Check in and parking was 1, 2 3 and immediately into the pool! The beach and boardwalk is literally 30 feet from the condo door. We walked each night along the boardwalk our first trip without a stroller and we made it because of the conscience to everything. So much fun already to book for next year. The condo is small but we weren’t looking for the Ritz, if two kids can manage in it then it’s not that small like others reviewed! Owner responded to each time our kids dialed him on my phone!
