This unit is hypoallergenic, we have only hard surface floors (no rugs), leather furniture, memory foam mattresses, no feathered bedding. It is easy to maintain a clean and allergen free environment.

This unit also has a water treatment purification system for drinking water.

We have made every effort to provide all of the essentials that you will find in most homes to make your short or long term stay as comfortable as possible. We strictly enforce a no smoking, no pets policy.

Lovely place perfect for our honeymoon! This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

The only thing we had to buy was food. Everything else necessary for our week stay was supplied. We were walking distance to some of the best attractions Seattle has to offer. We were even given wine for our honeymoon. I would highly suggest this condo to anyone looking for the city life experience!

Clean, Comfortable, Perfect Location

The unit was extremely clean, very well maintained and had all of the conveniences of home. The owner, Marc, did a walk-through when we arrived so we knew where everything was and he explained how to use the appliances, A/V, etc. There is a stand-alone air conditioning in the unit which we didn't use. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was quite adequate, along with keeping the windows opened. I'm a light sleeper, so I used earplugs to block out the street sounds at night.

We attended a conference at the convention center last week and wanted a place within walking distance, and one that would also be comfortable for 3 people. This unit is right around the corner; just a five minute walk to the center, allowing us to go back there for lunch at our break time. We prefer to prepare our own meals rather than eat out all of the time, so we made good use of the kitchen. Nearby grocery (and other) shopping options were plentiful. The unit had a gated parking garage (reasonably priced) for us to leave our car for the week so we didn't need to drive into town everyday looking for a place to park. All of this was very important to us.

Great alternative to a hotel for attending a conference

The property is very clean. It was extremely close to the convention center, and a short walk from Pike's market. The Jacuzzi bath tub was very relaxing after long conference days. Marc was there to greet me when I arrived to show me around the property and was available throughout my stay to answer any questions.

Fantastic location if you are going to be at the Convention Center.

The unit is spotlessly clean. Shiny, bright, seriously clean. This was a great start.

The owners have thought of everything for a Seattle visit. There are umbrellas in the closet. A washing machine, a backpack, shopping bags, etc. etc.

I didn't use the kitchen at all but looked well stocked.

I've stayed in this building before and this was, by far, the nicest unit. One of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in. It's super comfortable and the owners care about it.

Clean unit and all of the mirrors make it seem larger than it is. The jacuzzi tub is great. The kitchen is stocked better than my home.

Great place to stay in downtown Seattle

The penthouse was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. It was as great as the pictures look. Both the penthouse and building were quiet. The people we did run into were friendly.

It was a very easy walk to the convention center, and to the general downtown area. We were attending PAX, so this was perfect for us.

There was a convenient grocery store right around the corner. We also discovered Lil' Woody's, a good burger joint nearby. Marc recommended the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. It was pretty awesome and had some delicious coffee drinks.

Marc was great to work with. He was very understanding, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in downtown Seattle.
