The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with live music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience!

This is a residential unit with a residential water heater. Like with your home, if 3 or more people take back-to-back hot showers, you will run out of hot water. I recommend guests stagger their shower times to avoid running out of hot water. It can take approximately an hour for a full tank to reheat.

Hi there! My name is Stephanie. I am from the Memphis area and have lived downtown since 2007. I am a proud Memphian and love so many things about this city, especially the downtown area. If you have never been to Memphis and would like some advice from a local, please feel free to call, text or email any time. I'd love to give you suggestions on things to do while you're here!
Stephanie Cobb - Cobb Properties LLC purchased this condo in 2015
As I mentioned, I have lived downtown since 2007. I also sell real estate primarily in the downtown area because it's the area I know and love best. I came across this property when it was a fixer-upper. I saw its potential and knew the value of the location so I bought it, renovated it and now here we are! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
I fell in love with this place because of its location and unique layout. I like non-traditional architecture and this place is definitely non-traditional. I also love that it overlooks South Main Street which is my favorite area of downtown. Some of my favorite spots are right outside the door - Bluff City Coffee, Earnestine and Hazel's, Rizzo's Diner, Central BBQ and The Blue Monkey to name a few.
The condo was everything that the description stated. Stephanie was so easy to work with. Thank you so much! Accommodated 6 adults very comfortably and had all the conveniences of home. Definitely a safe location. Unfortunately, the trolley was/is down for repair for the remainder of the year. However, felt very comfortable walking to and from Beale Street and other places. I haven't been to Memphis in over 5 years. It's so great to see all the improvements that have been made. The Civil Rights Museum is less than one block away which is definitely a "must visit". Very moving. Beale Street is just a few blocks away and in walking distance. Lots of fun! Front Street has several nice restaurants and local shops. Would highly recommend Central BBQ, Gus's Chicken, Ms. Polly's and the Green Beetle which is the oldest tavern in Memphis. Would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again. Fun weekend had by all. Thanks Stephanie!
The weather was awful, but between rains, we were able to go to local restaurants, shops and Beale Street was walking distance. We would rent again. Convenient to National Civil Rights museum which was right behind condo. Famous Central BBQ and Arcade Restaurant only a block away. Trolley was right outside the door. We recommend staying with Cobb Properties. Owner was available if we needed. Comfortable.
Great place! LOTS of space and very clean. Beds were comfy, home was well stocked. We were in a fabulous location - able to walk everywhere. Great little coffee house across the street and plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars near by. We will absolutely stay here next time we are in Memphis!
The condo was great! Location was perfect. Very close to Beale Street.
Stephanie was wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent from her again and will definitely recommend her to anyone visiting Memphis.
Great property, security was good. Very attentive owner.
This was a great find for a weekend stay in Memphis. The location is right next to the civil rights museum and across the parking lot from central bbq location. Within walking distance to all the locations on Beale street as well. It was very clean and up to date with anything you could possibly need. If you want to stay in and cook the only thing you would need is the food itself. Everything else is there. The condo is up to
Date as well and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. The communication back and forth between the owner/staff was outstanding as well. We will certainly be booking through VRBO with Stephanie again the next time we come back that way.
This condo is located in the historic South Main Arts District right across the street from Earnestine & Hazel's and a few doors down from The Arcade Diner. The National Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ are right behind the condo. Lots to see and do within walking distance. If walking isn't your thing, there's a trolley stop right outside the front door that will take you down Main Street.
