In this beautiful Scandinavian wooden house on a secluded garden plot high above the sea
do you have from the 1. Minute of vacation. Enjoy the tranquility, the sea air and the fantastic sea view over the peninsula Holnis with the inner and outer fjord all the way to the Danish coast.
Start the day with a nice breakfast in the morning sun on the new terrace and watch the maritime hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea. And if it starts to rain, just sit, the terrace is partially covered.
Even in the colder months you feel comfortable here; The house is well insulated, comfortably furnished and, thanks to the fireplace and electric radiators, pleasantly tempered.

Sehr schöner Ausblick
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Vermieterin begrüßt. Ihr Hinweis auf die Telefonnummer am Balkon erleichterte das Auffinden des Objektes. Es war sauber und nett ausgestattet. Von Bockholm kam man sehr viele Ausflüge zu Fuß, Auto oder Fahrrad machen. Der Strand ist auf Grund des Sturms vom Oktober 2023 noch nicht begehbar. Wir hoffen, dass er wiederhergestellt werden kann. Zum Abreisezeitpunkt war unsere Vermieterin pünktlich im Objekt und verabschiedete uns herzlich. Eine Abrechnung der Stromkosten wurde am Abreisetag vor Ort mit der Kaution verrechnet. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Wir können das Objekt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin.

Auch im Winter wunderschön
Wir haben das Haus genutzt, um 2 Wochen abseits des Büroalltags in Ruhe zu arbeiten. Das Haus hat eine ausreichend gute Internetverbindung. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Es gibt sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Laufen. Die tägliche Laufrunde durch den Wald, am Strand oder auf der Westseite der Halbinsel am Kliff machen das Haus zum optimalen Ort zum “Arbeitsurlaub” im Winter. Für mehr als 3 Personen wird es dann aber zu eng. Für Familien mit Kindern passen auch mehr als 3 Personen rein.

Gemütliches Häuschen
Kuscheliges kleines Haus für vier bis fünf Personen. Das stürmische Märzwochenende mit Frost haben wir so gemütlich wie möglich mit Kamin und bequemem Sofa verbracht - und ab und zu die Nase auf die großzügige Terrasse rausgestreckt und den Blick aufs Wasser genossen. Am windstilleren Tag einen wunderbaren langen Spaziergang über die Halbinsel Holnis unternommen - und abends die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Küche ausgenutzt. Also auch für entspannte Spätwinter-Urlaube sehr zu empfehlen!
