2 BR, 2 Bath + Sleeper Sofa - Fully Restored Historic Cottage

Very short walk to Main Street / Sundance Film Festival.

Ski or SnowBoard in/out to the largest ski resort in North America. Our private home is on a small section of mountainside upper Woodside Ave known as "The Gold Coast". It's the most unique and valuable real estate in Park City. This is due to it's ski in/out access, historic charm, and very close proximity to Main Street.

Take yourself back 110 years to 1905, when William Berry, the town's blacksmith bought this little cabin and moved in with his wife to raise his family. The house retains its warm cabin flavor with authentic barn wood walls, wood floors, pot belly stove (non functional), antique refrigerator, mining style lighting, and hammered copper counters/sinks. In the cozy living room, you can look at historic pictures of the house and gaze down towards main street and imagine what those days must have been like.

William wouldn't know what to do with the high-speed WiFi, AppleTV, and 3 HD TVs that the house is now equipped with.

It has 2 bedrooms/bathrooms, completely refurbished, and perfect for 4 people. By making use of the fold-out sofa bed, 6 people can sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is perfect for light meal prep, with a dual burner induction stove, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Of course, there are a ton of great restaurants right down the steps on Park Avenue and Main Street.

All in all, it's a perfect get away with a phenomenal location.

Note that our home is adjacent to the grand love shack, vrbo# 54094, and is perfect for situations where your group is staying next door and you'd like just a little bit of separation.
