The Lamb’s Den Guest House is well furnished and well equipped to provide you with a relaxing stay. Golf, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, boutique & souvenir shopping and the Shaw Theatre are all located close by. Walk and bike through the park, the quaint streets and among the vineyards and orchards. Only 10 minutes to the Shopping Outlets of Niagara and 20 mins to Niagara Falls. Central to everything.

There are two King Size beds and one Queen size bed. Both bathrooms feature tub and shower combo.

There are two lounging areas: a living room and a family both with HDTV. The family room has a DVD player and movies.Also some family style games. Free wireless internet and free local phone calls.

Off the kitchen is a large, private, landscaped backyard featuring a grassy area, a large deck and a seasonal garden with herbs and vegetables. Savour your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside under the large maple tree. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea from our beverage area.

 Laundry facilities available for long term stays and distant travellers.

PLEASE NOTE: Must be 25 years old to book.

We do not charge extra for cleaning fee, we do not charge extra for each guest and in lieu of a damage deposit, we require a credit card number upon arrival.

We DO NOT charge additional housekeeper fees. We DO NOT charge an extra price per person.
Please read the SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT, which is found on our website. By paying the 25% deposit, you agree to terms of the contract in lieu of a signature. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
We expect you to enjoy the house and treat it with respect. The town by-laws are strictly enforced as to noise and nuisance complaints. No parties, maximum 6 adults in the house. Smoking is allowed but only outside, no pets please. Must be 25 years of age or older to book the property. Once we receive your booking, we can answer any questions you may have.
Although we do not take a damage deposit, you will be asked for a valid credit card. This is in lieu of a damage deposit and is applicable to intentional or malicious damage only, not accidental damage. The town of Niagara-on-the-Lake's bylaws require we register all guests by name and record the vehicle licence plate and make. This will be done when you arrive.

SPECIAL RATES: We offer a discount for returning guests and former B & B clients.
