Cozy apartment for 2 - 4 people

Our non-smoking apartment is located in an apartment complex behind the Badhotel Fletcher. In this there are squash courts, sauna and solarium, for a fee.
The apartment is about 50 square meters, is on the 1st Floor (with elevator) and is suitable for up to 4 people.
Hall, bedroom with double bed, Tempur mattresses in the size 90 cm X 200 cm were renewed in September 2019. Sleeping for a 3rd or 4th Person is in the living room on a comfort sofa bed, size 80 cm X 200 cm. (Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee, please specify when booking.) Living room with new kitchenette and other kitchen equipment, bathroom including bathtub with shower facility and toilet. South-facing balcony, TV with German Programs. W-LAN possible via hotspot free of charge.

If you don't want to make breakfast, or if you don't feel like cooking yourself, let yourself be pampered by the wide range in the hotel restaurant.
So go on vacation and switch off!

FeWo mit kostenlosem Parkplatz
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex mit Hotel+Appartments. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem immer ein freier Platz zu finden war Zum Ortszentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Das Gebäude macht keinen einladenden Eindruck.Beim Betreten des Eingangsbereichs habe ich einen Geruch von Feuchtigkeit wahrgenommen. Die Bodenbeläge wirkten renovierungsbeduerftig. Dies gilt auch für den Balkonbereich der Wohnung. Check in war etwas schwierig. Der gesamte Strombereich in der WHG ist bei Bezug aus Sicherheitsgründen ausgeschaltet. Leider waren für uns vorerst keine Infos zu finden, wo sich der Sicherungskasten befindet, etc. Es war Zufall, dass wir ihn hinter der zweiten Außentür entdeckten. In der WHG war alles sehr sauber, gute Küchenausstattung. Das Schlafzimmer ist beengt. Wir haben es als unkomfortabel empfunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat gut geklappt.

Komportabel, sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Eine Ferienwohnung, die man sehr gut als Rückzugsort für Zwei nutzen kann. Gleichzeitig sehr freundlicher und entgegen kommender Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Unsere Empfehlung

Ein paar Anregungen
Der Sonnenschirm für den Balkon war leider defekt. Das war schade, weil es sehr sonnige Tage waren. Es wäre auch toll, wenn auf dem Balkon ein kleiner Tisch gestanden hätte, um die Mahlzeiten dort einzunehmen. Weiterhin wäre es sinnvoll, wenn es eine Anleitung gäbe, wie der Fernseher funktioniert, also welche Knöpfe man in welcher Reihenfolge auf welcher Fernbedienung betätigen muss. Vielleicht kann Familie Volmer da noch etwas nachbessern. Wir fahren seit 30 Jahren nach Callantsoog und haben schon in sehr vielen Appartements dieser Anlage gewohnt, in denen diese Dinge alle vorhanden waren, bzw. funktioniert haben.
