About this property

Large Cottage for 4 persons at river in an ancient small village, with terrace and garden

Our 'Maison de la Comté' is a country house which was built in the 1960s on the foundations of the previous building, dating from beginning of the 19th century. Within the large two-storey house around 100 m² living area will be at your disposal. No other guests will share house, terrace or garden with you.
This living area comprises one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom on the 1st floor, a 40 m² living/dining room with chimney and TV as well as a spacious eat-in-kitchen on the ground floor.
The bathroom has a tub / shower, toilet and sink. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: kitchen with ceramic / convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.. In winter the house is heated with oil heating.
From the living / dining room you have got a view on the garden down to the river 'La Creuse'. You access the garden from the terrace which stretches over the complete width of the house with one half covered. A few steps down a grassy area with flower beds (former chicken yard) and further down a large garden, adjacent to a park belonging to one of the two castles of the village Lurais.

Empfehlenswert!
