Moondoggie a 4 Bedroom Beach House, a stones' throw from the beach and park

This 4 bedroom home is ideal for a family getaway. It has ocean views and is only a minutes walk to beach. There is a new kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. It has a large open plan living and dining area, with air conditioner and ceiling or pedestal fans in each room, big bright bathroom with bath. There is a 2nd toilet & shower downstairs. Deck with outdoor seating, table tennis, Large TV, video, DVD, stereo/cd, gas BBQ, reverse-cycle air conditioning, fenced yard.
Sleeps 8- 3 Queen beds, 2 King singles.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking and held against your current credit card.

Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels). Doona's and pillows are provided only.

This property is strictly no pets.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodation staff very good. Premises unfortunately in poor condition with sloping floors on the perimeter due to conversion of old verandah into the building. Would not recommend this property to anyone as I'm sure there are others much better. We also occupied Parkview - 1/1 Surfview Ave. which was fabulous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Moondoggie for a week. It is in a great spot, close to the beach, and was spacious enough for the whole family. Unfortunately it was an extremely hot week and the fans in the bedrooms couldn’t make the rooms comfortable at night. The lounge room air conditioner was helpful during the day. It was mostly clean and comfortable, although the dishes were dirty when we arrived because the dishwasher is not very efficient. There was no washing powder and all the cleaning products were ancient and empty. But the rental company were very responsive and helpful.
