The beautiful newly renovated Hillsboro home has 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room, 2 spacious living areas with queen size pullout couches and a study with a queen size pullout couch. There are 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, 2 sets of washers and dryers, TV's in every room along with WIFI and a very short Uber ride to Green Hills, Midtown or Downtown. This home is less than a mile away from Hillsboro Village, where Pancake Pantry, Fido, Double Dogs and Jeni's ice cream is located. A wonderful, welcoming place to spend your Nashville vacation!

Emma’s graduation weekend
Prefect location. Enjoyed having the entire residence for my family, who came to Nashville for my daughter’s graduation. My elderly parents stayed in the smaller unit which met all of their mobility needs. Beautiful home

Perfect location and very roomy for family stay
David was very helpful and prompt in communication. The Hillsboro house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. We rented both sides of the house and having 2 kitchens and lots of space to hang out was awesome. The neighborhood location and parking in the back of the house was nice. We felt very safe. Kroger was very close and convenient. Several popular Nashville “foodie” areas were a short drive away. We would definitely rent from David again. Thank you.

Perfect Layout
We had a large group of people and the layout of this place was so perfect; everyone was able to have their own space, including some that wanted a little more privacy were able to stay in the other smaller unit. It’s also a very nice part of town, great neighborhood. The host is also very responsive and communication was super easy! Would definitely book again if we had to do it all over again :)

Lots of space
We rented both sides of the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was cute and a short walk to Kroger. We drove to the shopping/dining area but we could have easily walked as it was less than a mile away. It was a 10 minute drive to get to Broadway and other tourist spots, but it was worth it to be in a neighborhood and have all of the space.

Great place for a big group
This place was perfect for our large group (11), long weekend in Nashville. The place was clean and ready, Kydndon was quick to respond to questions, and it was a 15ish Lyft ride to downtown -- we never had to wait long for a ride, even for XLs.
