'Morning Bliss' is a spacious two story, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house located south of Scenic Hwy 30A in the Summer's Edge community and was designed for upscale comfort.

Tucked into a serene, tree-lined street, this house has been fully updated. The location provides easy beach and pool access in a bike and pedestrian friendly neighborhood.

Enjoy gorgeous furniture, including a fully-furnished front porch and balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. You will find an open floor-plan on the main floor, with a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and outdoor shower. The kitchen comes complete with an eat-in bar to seat four, and the dining area seats eight.

The three upstairs bedrooms have a tv in each room, and plenty of sunlight from the many surrounding windows, along with access to the upstairs balcony. Each bedroom window has custom black-out shades. The master suite provides true serenity with a heavenly king-size bed, luxurious bedding, and a jetted tub in the attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a plush king bed as well and is truly a 2nd master. The third bedroom has a brand new custom made full over full bunk bed that is extremely comfortable and will sleep 2-3 small children comfortably! There is an additional full bath with a shower and tub to accommodate the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. In addition the living room features a queen sleeper with access to a full bathroom.

During your stay, you will have access to two community pools, where you can stay shaded under palm trees and enjoy the water. The beach is located a short walk away with deeded beach access.

Seagrove is a destination with endless possibilities. With a vast array of indoor and outdoor activities, fine dining and shopping, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Spend the daytime shopping for hand-blown glass decor or paddle boarding on nearby Eastern Lake. Afterwards, relax on the beautiful white sandy beach or pamper yourself in one of Santa Rosa’s spas. End your day at sunset with free concerts in Seaside or dinner at George's, where you'll enjoy the best lobster quesadilla on 30A. 'Morning Bliss' offers something unique for everyone, and an experience that is truly blissful and unforgettable.

50% due to reserve. Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Payments made by credit card will have an additional 3.5% processing fee. Fee is calculated on base rate only and is taxable. Reservations paid by check can be held for 10 days on a credit card without processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling 90 days prior to arrival date receives full refund minus $75 cancellation fee.
Cancelling within 90 days of arrival date receives no refund unless the property is rebooked.
