The complex is located in Central Kihei steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, banking, personal services, public transportation and Times Market [a large grocery store]. Azeka Mall hosts a large town party the fourth Friday of each month with live music, craft merchants, youth demo's, many food vendors and a beer garden.

The condo lanai [patio] faces the ocean offering spectacular sunsets each evening and where you can listen to the waves crash on the beach. The lanai offers a sweeping 180˚ westerly view of the beautiful blue Pacific where the seasonal [winter] visits of Humpback Whales entertain with spectacular rolls and breaches.
