This stationary vessel has all the comforts of home and then some. Master stateroom features a king size bed with on suite bath. Three guest cabins all offer queen births and share a head (bathroom). There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The living room offers a 42″ flat screen and ample seating. The galley (kitchen) features granite counter tops and ge stainless steel appliances. Appliances include dish washer, range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. There is also a washer and dryer off the hall. Step outside any you will find three private entertaining areas with over 1,500sq.Ft. Of deck space. Enjoy sitting out front with friends and family or do a little fishing off the bow or stern. The bridge deck is perfect for lounging and taking in the views. There is a wet bar with refrigerator, 30ft. X 18ft. Bimini top, seating for the whole group and loungers for soaking up the sun.
(insurance prevents this vessel from leaving the slip, state law prohibits swimming in marina. However, you can swim just a few hundred feet from the marina. This boat is for occupants and a reasonable amount of day guest, if you are planning on having more then 10 day guest you must first receive permission from marina office.)
