Toller Urlaub!
Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub. Das Haus und auch die Anlage darum ist wunderbar für Kinder geeignet. Es ist alles da, sowohl an Ausstattung im Haus, als auch an Spielgerät und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Häuser sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Häuser aber auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unser aller liebster Ort der Pool mit der Outdoorküche, das ist wirklich fantastisch, so dass wir wirklich eigentlich 14 Tage draußen gelebt habe. Als Sahnehäubchen dann noch Nela, die Vermieterin, die uns immer wieder mit allerlei Leckereien verwöhnt hat, angefangen vom Imbiss bei der Ankunft über leckere Kuchen, frisches Obst und auch mal ein Schnäpschen. Bei allen Fragen konnte man sie jederzeit kontaktieren und wurde bei allem unterstützt, sogar bei der Restaurantreservierung. Wir hatten fantastische 2 Wochen und können dieses Objekt nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Familien Dörflinger und Geideck

Traumurlaub in Istrien
Wieder mal viel zu spät mit der Bewertung...aber besser spät als nie. Wir sind eine Familie aus Schleswig Holstein. Zusammen mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern verbrachten wir zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Hazienda Rose Mary. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und wohnlich eingerichtet. Durch die beiden voneinander getrennten Häuser hatte jeder seine private Rückzugsmöglichkeit für sich. Vielen Dank an Nela für all die "großen" Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben immer gesagt: "Nela ist wie eine liebevolle Mutter für Ihre Gäste", anders kann man diese Gastfreundschaft nicht betiteln. Sie hat jederzeit ein Ohr für alles. Gerne denken wir an die schöne Zeit bei Ihr Michael, Heidi, Mathis und Annekathrin

Traumurlaub in einem Traumferienhaus!
Wir sind 2 Familien (8 Personen) und haben im Juli 2016 unseren ersten Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Die Hazienda Rosemary und ihre Vermieterin halten alle Versprechen, welche die Bilder vermitteln!! Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand, sauber bis in die hinterste Ecke, mit Liebe eingerichtet, an einer hervorragenden Lage, einfach nur genial! Nela ist eine herzensgute Dame, die immer für uns da war, uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat, uns geholfen und verwöhnt hat. Dafür finden wir so gut wie keine Worte!! Grazie ancora in questo momento Nela! Tu sei un amore!!! Haupt- und Nebenhaus sind sehr schön, wirklich gepflegt, grosszügig und wunderbar eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts!!! Aussenküche und Pool sind sehr gepflegt (Pool wird 2x in der Woche gereinigt!!), in der Aussenküche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Holzkohlegrill, Herd (4 Platten), Gasgrill und genügend Koch- und Essgeschirr, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir (vor allem die Kinder) haben die Aussenanlagen ausgiebig genutzt, es bleiben fast keine Wünsche offen!! Muntic liegt ca. 15 Min von den Stränden von Pula, welche einfach und bequem zu erreichen sind (Wir waren immer am Ambrela Strand auf den Felsen, für uns mit Abstand der schönste!). In Muntic gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles findet, die grösseren Supermärkte sind in ca. 7 Min. zu erreichen. Wir denken sehr gerne an diesen Urlaub zurück und können dieses Haus wirklich allen nur empfehlen! Es ist noch schöner als man erwartet!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!! Geht hin und verbringt einen traumhaften Urlaub! You must see it to believe it!!! Viva Hazienda Rosemary!! Tanti baci per te Nela, grazie per tutto!!!

Ein großartiges Erlebniss im Neujahr
Das war unser erster Urlaub in Pula/Muntic/Kroatien. Wir waren am Anfang skeptisch darüber wie es sein wird,doch unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Fereingelände ist sehr gut für Kinder ab 8-16 geeignet. Die Fotos aus der Homepage sind übereinstimmend mit der Realität. Bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel waren die Häuser vorbildlich gesäubert und Ordentlich. Die Frauen waren sehr zufrieden,was den Sachbestand der Küche betraf. Der bisher schönste Urlaub!
Wir waren nun bereits schon acht mal in Kroatien, doch dass war der bisher schönste Urlaub !!! Alle Bilder entsprechen zu 100 % auch dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Es handelt sich um ein tolles Anwesen, ideal für 2 Familien. Alles ist sehr sauber !!! Vielen Dank an Dich, Nela, für das lecker Essen am Anreisetag und auch zwischendurch und vielen Dank Davor, für die tolle Unterstützung am Anfang des Urlaubes, so dass wir schon nach wenigen Stunden recht ortskundig waren. Auch Marcel möchte sich für Deine Hilfe beim Angelausflug, bedanken. Bleibt schön gesund und auf baldiges Wiedersehen. Es grüßen Coco Loco, Andrea, Klausi, Marcel & Jens P.S.
