Gorgeous New Rental Condo With Amazing Views Inside and Out.

Welcome to the site of our newest gulf shores condo and like all of our other condos, it is updated, modern, bright, spacious, comfortable, fully stocked and immaculately clean. Our new condo has just been completely refreshed (sept. 2015), boasting fresh paint, new linens & comforters, new patio cushions, and lots of new kitchenware and decorations. Our condo provides our guests with a remarkable standard of sophistication, luxury and leisure on the alabama coast on the gulf of mexico.

You will not believe our condo in tropic isles. Rare is it to find a 1 bedroom on the top "penthouse" floor; even rarer is it to find a 1 bedroom condo with high vaulted ceilings in the living/dining area and high ceilings throughout, providing a complete feeling of spaciousness and openness that is not common in most beach condos. Located on the top (8th) floor, it is the ultimate in luxury and comfort…1 bedroom, 2 bunks and 1 and 1/2 baths, sleeps 6, boasting 720+/- sq. Feet. This unit offers both tile and carpeted flooring (w/ plush area rugs), ceiling fans in every room, washer and dryer, wireless internet service, flat screen hdtvs, a dvd/mp3 player, stereo system and so much more…

our vacation home is furnished with your comfort in mind, while still maintaining the absolute highest standard in luxury throughout…the living room features a plush, comfortable couch (w/ queen sleeper sofa) and 2 comfy chairs, a 42 inch hdtv and dvd/mp3 player, black-out energy efficient drapes and unique artwork. The dining area features a beautiful glass table (w/ new chairs) and 3 bar stools, easily accommodating 4-7 for eating in comfort. The kitchen features a built-in microwave and dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice maker, under-cabinet mounted stereo system and is fully stocked with all small appliances that you may need during your stay (including a crock pot, electric griddle, hand mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener). Ample counter space and lots of cooking gear, kitchenware and plasticware, including many unique items not often found in rental condos, makes it a pleasure to prepare meals for your entire group. Also unique to a 1 bedroom condo is that in addition to an ample amount of cabinet space, our condo also has a large separate pantry for additional storage.

The master bedroom features a king size plush bed, a nightstand, a large chest of drawers, a padded, covered seating bench and a large double (mirrored) sliding door closet with extra built-in storage baskets and hangers provided. A flat screen 32 inch hdtv and ceiling fan in a recessed ceiling makes this room complete. The master bathroom has a large double sink/double cabinet vanity, shower and jetted tub.

There are 2 bunk beds in the hallway complete with new linens, blankets and comforters. The bunks are "tucked away" behind double doors for privacy. There is also a pocket door in the hallway for added privacy. The half bathroom is an added bonus for this one bedroom condo, adding to its comfort and spaciousness for your family and/or other guests.

The large tiled gulf facing balcony, with access from the living room via sliding glass doors, boasts two oversized wicker chairs and a double wicker bench (all w/ new cushions) and both a coffee table and end table for your added pleasure and comfort. Directly overlooking both the gulf and beach, as well as the heated swimming pool and lounging area, you will enjoy gorgeous and breathtaking views at any time of the day. Dine outdoors, relax with a cup of coffee, watch the porpoises play or be mesmerized by the stunning sunsets to end your day.

All egyptian cotton linens and towels as well as beach towels are provided. A washer and dryer is also located in the unit for your added convenience.

Tropic isles is one of the most desired condo destinations in the gulf shores area. It is a low density complex (w/ only 40 total units in the complex) that is located directly on the sugar white sands of the gulf of mexico, approx. .3 miles west of highway 59, gulf shores' main hub. Besides the fantastic location, guests can enjoy features like easy access to the beach (that is only steps from the elevator and pool) and swimming in the seasonally heated pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds include a bbq area that is available for all guests and we provide all grilling utensils and platters. Bathrooms are located near the pool area. The overall complex is clean and very well maintained.

The entry to the building is covered, and luggage carts are provided to conveniently unload your car. On site parking is also available. Parking passes are required to be purchased for a fee of $20/vehicle, which is good for the duration of your stay.

Since we only recently purchased this condo and thus do not yet have any reviews, we welcome you to visit the sites of our other condos for more information and guest comments on working with us as well as the high standard and cleanliness of all of our gulf shores condos.

Tropic isles is a family oriented complex located directly on the beach in the heart of gulf shores, only 4 complexes down (approx. .3 miles) from the hwy 59 "t" and public beach area. It is within walking distance of the 't' at highway 59, the hangout, pink pony pub, bahama bob's, surf style, island outfitters, shoreline fishing, downtown festivals (including shrimpfest , hangout fest and hangout oyster cook-off), shopping and many other restaurants. It's only minutes to amusement parks, flora-bama, the wharf and amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, perdido pass, jetties, nature trails, fort morgan, ferry to dauphin island, dolphin tours, para-sailing, library and other attractions.

We provide our guests with a starter welcome kit of toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, a pot scrubber/Brillo pads and certain cleaning supplies. Guests may need to replenish these items for their use during their stay. We also provide dish and dishwasher soap, spare batteries, lightbulbs, coffee filters, certain spices, disinfectant wipes and cleaning supplies.

The above rates may not apply to holiday or event weeks or weekends. Nightly rates available. 2-5 Night Min Req'd. Monthly rates are also available during winter months.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent and occupy our condo. No exceptions.

Rates subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

20% of the Rent is due to reserve the condo. The balance (plus the $200 refundable damages security deposit) is due one month in advance of arrival.

Parking on site is available for up to two vehicles for a fee of $20/vehicle. The pass is good for the duration of your stay.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
