This 2,733-square-foot house, in the exclusive Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge, is spacious, clean, sharp, open, luxurious and conveniently located. Hardwood, leather, slate, stainless steel, granite & marble are some of the high-end materials that you will find in this gorgeous mountain home.

Unlike other Highlands homes, this one is within easy walking distance to the nearest stop on the Summit Stage bus route. And that's great news, because the bus goes straight to Breckenridge Station. From Breckenridge Station, you can simply walk into downtown Breck, or hop on the free gondola, which takes you to the Peak 7 and 8 base areas for skiing in the winter and fun park in the summer.

Of course, Breckenridge fun isn't just limited to downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. This house is near the Breckenridge Golf Club, the Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole golf course that in 2014 was named one of the ten best public golf courses in Colorado on golf.com! Go ahead, look it up!

And then there's the biking. Oh, the biking. The Colorado Trail, which singletracks.com named the #1 mountain biking trail in Colorado, is 3/4 mile from the house.
