In a nutshell....

We are a true locally owned, family operated vacation rental business in the heart of Whistler Blackcomb. Our home has off street parking, free wifi, HD Telus Otik, Private garden & Hot tub. it is an easy walk tot he village, or a 2 minute drive to Whistler or Creekside.

We are fully licensed by the Municipality of Whistler (licence no 70345) and we do not advertise on Airbnb. We take pride in being a legally licensed accommodation for the resort of Whistler.

We are perfectly located being less than 1km to the Whistler village Gondola, and only a 1 minute drive to Whistler Village or 2 minutes to Whistler Creekside. Our beautiful family designed home has the quintessential West Coast log architecture nestled amongst the tress in a quiet family neighbourhood at the foot of Whistler mountain.

We believe in offering real value for money, and keeping family vacations in Whistler affordable for families. Our home was fully renovated in 2015/2016 and enjoys among its many features a brand new Beachcomber hot tub in the private enclosed garden, free off road parking, vaulted beamed ceilings 18 feet with floor to ceiling windows, free high speed wifi, Telus Optik TV, bike tools, secure bike & ski storage, bike work area and the benefit of having an owner living on site providing a seamless vacation experience.


Arriving in Brio feels a little special. This is a neighbourhood of luxury properties. The house is beautifully framed against the backdrop of Whistler mountain, with beautiful wooden features and lighting. Your own reserved parking space, leads to a gentle sloping pathway, easy for strollers and the less sure footed, leading straight to your front door and mud room. The house is split into two large units, and the home advertised here occupies the entire lower level of the property. When in Whistler the owners occupy the upper level. Neither property intrudes on the other and both compliment the Whistler lifestyle.


There are cavernous wardrobes lining the mud room entrance to keep and dry jackets and all that is winter, with a secure locking ski rack outside the front door. Remember this is BC, no shoes in the house!

Access to a large storage room from within the house allows for putting suitcases and other things away to remove clutter. The same storage unit has outside access for secure bike storage for up to 6 bikes in the summer.


The gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen has custom lighting, modern granite countertops and stylish soft close drawers & cupboards. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bake, including roasting pans for a Thanksgiving turkey. We’ve stocked the kitchen with the BEST because that’s what we would want!

The main living room is just across from the kitcehen, interspaced with a beautiful marble dining table, and seating for 6. The hardwood floors, and 15 ft vaulted ceilings are all framed with floor to ceiling windows, providing for a light luxurious feel in which to sink into one of the large sofa's and enjoy a movie, or some sports on the 42' HD Smart TV, linked to Telus Optik on demand. If music is your thing, there is the incredible SONOS streaming audio speaker, which give a full sound without needing to 'pump it out'! This is quintessential Whistler living.


Just off the main living room is the chill out zone. A room designed to either retreat with a book or watch the hockey in peace; or surrender it to the kids. Complete with a HD TV, Blu Ray DVD & XBOX ONE, board games, books & toys, let the kids watch or chill out within arms reach, while you can relax....when as the last time that happened!

The sofa in this room pulls out into a full double, making this an occasional bedroom without disturbing the full living space.


There are three bedrooms thoughtfully placed away from the living and dining zone for those that want to retreat early; or stay in a little longer.

Bedroom 1 is a small double room with a twin over double bunk; perfect for a couple or 3 kids sharing.

Bedroom 2 is a large Queen room, with large fitted storage Smart HD TV and the two bedrooms access the full bathroom just outside their doorway.

Bedroom 3 is a the master suite with full Queen bed, ensuite bathroom & smart HDTV.

All bedrooms enjoy beautiful bamboo linens, hypoallergenic pillows, and luxury towels. WE've tried to think of everything so you don't have to.


If you hadn't caught on already we recognize the need to stay connected, and that thoughtful technology enhances enjoyment and relaxation. Enjoy complimentary high speed wireless internet, streaming audio, Smart HD televisions, Blue Ray DVD, XBOX ONE, and for those like us that need it, a baby monitor!

This is a high level of comfort and furnishings.


Your living room and chill out room both have doors that open onto the back garden and lead to the hot tub. For the summer months & golf enthusiast, as well as been only half a kilometre from Whistler Golf Course, we have our own five hole putting green on artificial turf; don't be fooled by how easy it looks! (and don't let our 4 year old challenge you!)

For the little one's there is a swing set, climbing frame and sand pit.


We KNOW how valuable your vacation time is, and we will work with you to ensure this is one vacation you will want to repeat. We promise to work with you to help you reduce your baggage allowance if your flying, saving you money, or reduce the amount you try to squeeze into the trunk for have a long drive.

Our standing inventory includes too much to list here, but includes everything a baby / toddler will need (except clothes, you need to bring those!) We have a Baby Bjorn sleep cot, high chairs, booster seat, McLaren Stroller, toy chest, kids books from baby to boomer. An Xbox One, High Speed internet, Blue Ray DVD, kids bike with training wheels (or without) a trail-a-bike, and if you ask, we can usually find it or refer you to where you can get it. We can even organize the babysitter!


Brio House is a child-safe home and the perfect place for families with children of ALL ages. We are the proud parents of a 4-year-old son and a 1-year-old son, and we understand and know what it’s like to travel with children! We have thought of everything your family could possibly need and Brio House is fully stocked to be your home away from home. The highlight of the unit is kids’ chill out room furnished with toys and dress-up clothes to entertain your children for hours. And no need to pack the bulky strollers! We provide a high-end McClaren Mini stroller or iCandy for infants; just for your little vacationers! Nothing but the BEST - that’s the BRIO HOUSE WAY!

of total rent paid, less any processing / banking fees incurred by BHWB in the course of the
rental. Cancellations of less than 14 days will forfeit the entire rent paid for the period of rental.
