We are aimed at providing private, well-maintained, well-appointed and well-equipped homes supplied with eco-friendly non-essentials. Our target clientele is families who seek a home-away-from-home experience that is somewhere between the pampering of hotel-service, and the self-reliance of renting directly from a homeowner. Our local staff is knowledgeable on all homes and the community, and is committed to being honest, fair and responsive to guest and homeowner needs, and is dedicated to supporting our local community and the environment.

Great time in Breckenridge!

Staying in Breckenridge, and I mean 'in town', is all about convenience and comfort, and this place has both...! A five+ minute walk to just about everything in town, yet off the beaten path enough to be very quiet, and a deck that has a killer view of Peak 8.....House was well taken care of, and well stocked with most anything you might need during your stay.....Did I say quiet? Amazing......

Beautiful Home in Historic District of Breck

What a treat it was to see the beautiful home our family of 7 would be staying in for a week in February. Beautifully renovated and decorated. Parking in driveway right in front of the home. Quiet street. The property was clean, well-stocked, organized and maintained. We booked this through Book Breck and they could not have been more helpful. The home is 3 floors so plenty of room for a family downstairs. Upstairs in the master suite, also plenty of room. Gorgeous view of Breck ski slopes and the mountains. The sledding hill was about a 5 minute walk from the home. We enjoyed dining at Eric's for pizza and burgers; the Canteen for a little more upscale dining. The crepe place was fantastic, and there is a second location on Ridge St, much closer to the home. The younger family with kids 9 and 6 drove over to Keystone to the tubing hill and ice fort and had a blast. They also loved snowmobiling at Good Times off Tiger Rd. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!

Perfect home in a perfect location

We stayed here for the month of January, and loved every minute of our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Just two blocks to the regular ski bus to either Peak 9 or the gondola, and also close to a supermarket for last minute shopping. We made full use of the well stocked and well equipped kitchen but also were able to walk into town to visit restaurants very easily.

The house was a great size for ourselves and any visitors who came, and the large TV screen gave us entertainment on nights in. It was lovely and clean for our arrival, and the accompanying file of notes meant we had all potential problems sorted. The whole experience of living here exceeded our expectations and we may well make this a regular visit.

Cute, clean, easy, great location

The home was great - very comfortable, the kitchen came stocked with some staples, and our kids loved the game system downstairs. It was cozy but not cramped, nicely decorated, and the beds were good quality. The location was great - very close to Main St and the ski bus stops. The management company was also responsive and very helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again next year!

Best Breck trip yet!

We've been coming to Breckenridge for 6 yrs and this was the best place we've stayed at by far!! The location was perfect, house was clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. Loved it so much, we've already rebooked for next year! Book Breck was so easy to work with and their staff is amazing!
