Seagrove Magnolia on Forest Street in Old Seagrove Beach, Florida is a brand new luxury vacation rental home built in 2016 and has a GULF VIEW! It is 4 BR/4 BA home with additional Bunk Room with 4 XL Twin beds and queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. It sleeps 12 people comfortably in beds. It has 2 extra half baths. It has a PRIVATE POOL which can be optionally heated in the cooler months. 3857 square foot of living and 1200 square foot of porches with 4 floors and includes a mother in law or private suite on 1st floor with its own kitchen, dining, living, king bedroom, full bath with washer and dryer in addition to the very large kitchen, living, dining, bedrooms, and baths on the 2nd to 4th floors. More than ample parking with oversized garage for 2 cars with additional space for 2 cars on garage pad and 2 cars in circle driveway.

First Floor: Enter via the peaceful setting of Old Seagrove surrounded by magnolias and scrub oak trees to an elegant foyer with half bath and entry doors to garage, pool, outside porch, 1st floor living space, and a dumbwaiter to carry groceries to 2nd floor kitchen. The living space on this floor is designed for a part of a family/group needing to avoid stairs or needing more privacy. It has 715 square feet of living with a kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a 32" refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher and 30" 4 burner gas range with convection oven with vent hood, microwave, and all the kitchen items. Open floor plan in kitchen/dining/living area including table for 4, living room with Rowe queen sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen Smart TV with free Wifi, and DVD player. Bathroom tub/shower and double sink vanity. King Bedroom with door that closes and 40" flat screen Smart TV.

Second Floor: Is the main living level of the home. There you will find an idyllic luxury kitchen with a built in Marvel commercial 48” stainless steel refrigerator and a large 48” Bertazzoni gas range with double ovens. Dishwasher, large farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, microwave, and all the items you need in a gourmet kitchen, Ideal for gathering, the space includes a dining table for 8-10 and island seating for 3. Next to the kitchen is the gathering room for family and friends where well appointed surroundings allow you to watch 55” flat screen smart TV, read, or walk out on to one of the two second level decks to enjoy the fresh Seagrove Beach air. The floor also has a luxury Master Bedroom with a King Bed with 40” flat screen smart TV and a phenomenal luxury Master Bath. The master bath boasts a double shower and free standing cast iron claw foot tub together in a combined space. It includes a very large master closet connected to the ample Laundry room. The laundry room also offers a desk area for office work just in case your vacation time requires a check in at the office from time to time. The floor is completed by a 1/2 bath to service the kitchen and entertaining area. One porch features outdoor eating with seating for 8. The other porch has a loveseat, chair, and side table. Floors in all areas except bathroom are 4" oak hardwood, light and bright.

Third Floor: Has two adjacent large family areas for everyone to spread out set up as a living area with a 55” flat screen smart TV and a game room area. You will also find the home's second true Master Bedroom with a King Bed with 40” flat screen smart TV and an attached luxury Master Bath. It has a full shower nicely appointed. The third bedroom also has a King Bed with 40” flat screen smart TV and a bath in the adjacent hallway. This third bath has a shower/tub combination suitable for younger travelers. This third bath also services the third floor bunk room where there are 4 extra long twin XL bunks in a nicely decorated room with lights for each bunk. The third floor also has two walk out covered decks high up in the canopy for peace and quiet in the evenings or for a morning cup of coffee. One porch features two rocking chairs and a teak porch swing. The other porch has 2 Adirondack chairs and a small table. Both King Bedrooms on this floor have large walk in closets.

Fourth Floor: Has bistro/bar table with chairs inside to enjoy drinks or play games in the air conditioning and enjoy the view. There are two walk out doors to two roof top open decks. From the decks, your Gulf comes into view and the view south and north is a wonder to behold. The rooftops of Seaside and the chapel are in view. Here you can relax and enjoy a cool evening or private sunbathing. One deck has bar table and 4 bar chairs and a bench for extra seating. The The other deck has 2 Adirondack chairs with footstools and small table.

In the back yard is an intimate pool. The pool is accessible from the yard or the entry way rear door. There you will find a "never run out of gas" natural gas supplied grill for your best BBQ ever.

PARKING: 2 cars in garage, 2 cars on parking pad behind the garage, or 2 cars can park on circle drive in front of the house. Room for 6 cars.

Perfect girls trip!
I stayed here for my 40th with 8 friends. The place was so nice. It looks exactly as pictured if not better. There was so much room for us to spread out with the various living areas and outdoor space. The pool and grille were ideal for a night in. Loved the location just quick walk to the beach and shops in seaside. We did rent a golf cart for a couple of the days just to haul stuff to the beach from the house which did make it easier Property manager was very responsive and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again.

What an amazing time at Seagrove Magnolia. Communication with Chelsea was quick and friendly. Home was perfect for our group of three families. Kids stated it was the best vacation they could remember. Just close enough to get to the center of town and far away enough to avoid all the crowd. We will definitely be back!

My daughter chose Seaside/Seagrove as the location for her 16th bday trip. Our group had 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 young children. This home was perfect for all of our family and friends to have our own spaces for relaxing, and perfect spaces for hanging out. The walk to the beach was short, and the house’s wagons and beach gear was all we needed to make our beach days perfect. And, the bikes were perfect for a scenic ride to the center of Seaside. The property manager was very prompt and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This property is a true gem. The elevations along the roads of Old Seagrove offer only a few lots off the beach to gain access to a water view. The lot sits at 38 feet above sea level, and is therefore the second highest elevation lot on all of Forest Street.

It was determined early on that at 40 feet high, the open decks there would have an incredible view of the entire surroundings of Old Seagrove from One Seagrove place to Seaside Chapel and North to Point Washington in a 360 degree panorama. The home design then proceeded from this goal.

The design of the home was set to minimize the clearing of natural vegetation and maximize the living space. At 3859 total square footage, the home is a showplace among the new construction homes in Old Seagrove West of 395 and close in to Seaside.

It is personally managed by the former owners, kept meticulously clean and well maintained. This is one stop shopping, Chelsey manages everything!! Our philosophy is what you see online is what you get when you arrive, and usually better!! We strive to always show new updated pictures and give as much detail as possible to make sure our guests get the exact vacation property they want with all the amenities to have an awesome family vacation with memories to last a lifetime. We strive to offer a vacation home with more amenities that is better competitively priced than other comparable properties in our location. We strive to keep our guests as return guests. What makes this property unique

This area and this home offer the benefit of being walkable to all things Seaside without the need for car travel.

This home offers walking pleasure to everything anyone would want of Seaside while at the same time allowing for less density during the evening and less density on the nearby beach at Nightcap. One can have the hustle and bustle if they want easily or one can stay in the calm of Old Seagrove close enough but "far" away from it all.
