This 2 bedroom condo is in an excellent location, just 20 yards off of Four O'Clock Ski Run and 1 block from historic Main Street. The condo was completely remodeled outside (including new windows and doors) over the summer of 2006, and new appliances were installed then too. The complex offers covered parking, 2 indoor hot tubs and a spacious layout. Mountain view from the deck, Nintendo 64 game system (games supplied), and High-speed wireless internet access!
Unit sleeps 6 but there is an air mattress as well. Both bathrooms remodeled last year and new carpet installed. Washer and dryer also in the unit.

We moved to Colorado from California in 1993. Seven years later we decided to take up skiing/snowboarding. We plan to be in Breckenridge about twice a month (or whenever the unit isn't being used) to enjoy the mountain.
We have two daughters. One just finished college, the other is in college.

We started looking at property in the Breckenridge area. We looked at a lot of places before deciding to purchase this one. It is an end unit and we liked the floor plan better that the rest of the units in the building. We bought the unit in 2000 and have just used it as a vacation home for ourselves. This year we decided to open it up to visitors.
We liked the fact that the building is ski in (for most of the season) so we can come in for lunch instead of eating on the mountain, then head back out for another round.

The unit should have all the comforts of home because we will be there as much as it is being rented.
Great location! I'm a long time Breck visitor and former vacation home owner in Breck. The condo itself was nice, the kitchen was well stocked and even had left over spices coffee filters and such which made cooking better as we did not have to buy some things that we would barely use. Large master and nice twin bedroom. Neither couch pulls out but there was an inflatable bed provided. Gas fireplace on a timer and hot tubs close by nice bonus. With our a doubt though is the great location. We literally skied to with in 10 feet of our elevator for the condo. It is not ski out however the free city bus (Breck has a good free city bus system) picks up (in both directions) right out in front of the condo. You could walk to Beaver Run, easier for snow borders, but you don't have to. The location is great for exploring town as you are just one block away from Main Street and almost in the middle of town thus easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect location in Breckenridge! The condo was easy access to downtown. The Free Ride pick up was at the end of the parking lot and if you end your day on 4 O'clock run, you ski to the condo! The unit was perfect and well stocked. We even arrived to a bottle of wine on the table, thank you Garret! The owner was very responsive to all our questions. We couldn't have had a better time on our first ski vacation!
Great condo! Kitchen had everything possible you would need. Owner is very responsive. Very clean & convenient. Take the 4 o'clock run right to the place at the end of the day. Only negative is the street noise when trying to sleep in the master bedroom.

Loved your unit. Afternoons on the balcony with warm sunshine and indoor hot tub that was clean. Only issue with the hot tub was the ventilator was noisy and the intake grill was caked with dust.
The amenities in the condo, including the steam unit for the shower stall, fireplace and plenty of space for the four of us was great.
Could use a dimmer on the dining room hanging light and a handrail on the last flight of stairs leading into the garage.
Having ski-in from the Four O'clock run was fantastic. Breckenridge is a wonderful place in the world.
Well equipped except no hair dryer as was listed on the amenities
Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and close proximity to town
