This impressive home is a rambler style with a walk-out basement. It includes a large family area and full-functioning kitchen on each floor. The main floor, or formal floor, includes the kitchen and dining area, master bedroom, and two guest bedrooms.

The fun begins in the basement with an amazing game area! This includes: a playroom for small children, DVD's, gaming systems, foosball, air hockey, and a pool/billiards table. There are plenty of entertainment options for everyone in the family! The basement also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Game winners and losers alike can unwind on the covered patio. The patio area boasts a private Jacuzzi and sitting area. Guests often find themselves unwinding as they plan their next game, or nurse their egos from the last.
There are many attractions in the St. George area conveniently accessed from this home. For one, this home is close to the Sunbrook Golf Course. It also has an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and theater productions nearby. St. George is home to some of the greatest outdoor activities also, like Zion National Park, Tuacahn, and Sand Hollow Reservoir.

This home allows up to 4 cars. There is no street level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage or drive way. Trailers, RVs not permitted
All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each occupied bed. The home will be stocked with basic consumable items such as Tissue Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Trash Bags, Dish Soap. Additional consumables are the responsibility of the guest.
This home sleeps 1-12 persons in beds. Max Occupancy: 14 persons. Additional bedding not provided. Roll-a-way beds, extra mats and port-a-cribs may be delivered to the units for a nominal fee. Bedding for additional beds is not provided and these units are available on a first come, first serve basis.
All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets in the property. IF you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.
NOTICE: This property is located in a non-resort community. As such city code and/or HOA bylaws (Home Owner Association) require a 30 day lease agreement.
