About the property

Cabin, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 9

This riverfront Leavenworth home will transport you to a fairytale. With incredible views of the river and golf course, a private hot tub, room for up to nine guests, and bursting with all the amenities of home, you'll reminisce about this vacation for years to come.

Bring along paddleboards and tubes for a fun afternoon floating down the Wenatchee River - access is about a quarter mile down the road. Don't have your own to bring? No worries! Downtown Leavenworth is only one mile away and offers everything from breweries to rental shops.

Four bedrooms (one even with a separate entrance) and two full bathrooms keep each guests happy, clean, and well-rested. And with five beds and a sofabed, there's enough room for all nine guests to sleep each night.

The living room is great for family movie or game nights with its ample comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV (with cable, a DVD player, and Netflix streaming), and a cozy stone fireplace.

Refuel and replenish with home-cooked meals in the full kitchen (major appliances, a microwave, coffeemaker, and coffeemaker included), before heading out back to soak in the hot tub after a day filled with adventure.

Even more great amenities include WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill.

Shop, sample (and buy!) delicious food, enjoy true Bavarian food, and find a sense of joy in the quaint and perfectly created town of Leavenworth. There's plenty nearby to keep guests of all characters busy. Golf at the Leavenworth Golf Club, and visit the salmon hatchery nearby to watch them jumping the fish ladder during spawning season. During winter months, drive 35 miles away to Steven's Pass or Mission Ridge for great skiing and snowboarding slopes.

Get your vacation off to the right start by staying at the charming White Water Cottage.

Great Stay - Cozy Cabin

 • 5 of 5

A large group enjoyed this space! We appreciated the generous living room and proximity to the river. Wish the hot tub had a deck around it, but the water felt great!

Winter at the White Water

 • 5 of 5

We stayed here with our family in early January. There was about a foot of snow covering everything; beautiful!

Right away we noticed that the driveway is a bit steep and narrow, especially on slippery snow. It is a must to have 4 wheel drive if you are staying here during the snowy months. Also the driveway only fit 2 cars (both SUVs). You may be able to fit 3 with no snow on the ground but it will be tight.

The house was in excellent condition and very clean with all the listed amenities available. We did have to call to request more dish washer detergent but the response was swift with someone dropping off more withing a few hours of our call (on a Sunday before a holiday Monday I might add).

We loved the location next to the river and the large windows looking out with comfortable swivel chairs.

Would stay here again and recommend to others with medium sized groups.

Perfect for an extended family get away.

 • 5 of 5

Property was as described and pictured; perfect for me and my extended family (parents, siblings, and grandma) to all stay comfortably. Close enough to Leavenworth that we enjoyed the walk (it was late December and snowing and my Grandma is fit but 73 and it was still fine). The place was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was excellent.

Great girls' trip!

We had a great weekend trip at the cottage - we were able to walk the mile from the cottage to town. The view was perfect and we loved everything from the hot tub to the giant living room which fit all of us together easily.

About Vacasa, WA - North Central Cascades Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
