Renovated Condo near the Slopes and Trails

The perfect getaway...Remodeled, beautifully decorated Condo right in the town of Winter Park. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs, shops, bowling alley & movie theater. Condo is on the Winter Park Bus Line for a Free Shuttle to Winter Park Resort for easy access to the slopes! The remodeled club house has an indoor pool, three hot tubs, game area, fitness room and laundry facilities. Tons of “perks”, DVD player with movies at your disposal, Cable TV, board games, Wi-Fi & more.

This is an end unit Condo on the second floor with a deck to enjoy the mountain views and relax. The Condo can sleep up to ten people but not meant for 10 adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached 3/4 bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full sized (can sleep 4 kids) and the other a twin bunk (can sleep 2 kids). Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The entire condo has new furnishings and a great wood burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings.

Nestled in the pine trees, the river runs through the Hi Country Complex with fantastic views. The FREE SKI SHUTTLE picks you up right outside the Condo and takes you a couple miles to the ski slope.

Please note that the Recreation Center with hot tub and pool access is closed for maintenance from 10/19/23 - 12/6/23.

Great economical condo!
Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. It was right on the shuttle route. Short drive to the lifts. The recreation center was nice and convenient

Close to shuttle and health club
Sleeps many but is very small unit, exterior shows it’s age. Was good for 3-4 friends but not more. Small table with stools so not much dining area if planning on eating in. Not much area to sit and relax 1 chair a sofa. No tv’s in bedroom and tiny bathroom off bedroom. Good for sleeping and convenient location.

Our experience with the apartment on Verb left much to be desired. Despite being advertised as suitable for 8 people, the reality was far from it. The space was cramped and overwhelmed with clutter, largely comprising the host's personal belongings. This not only limited our ability to move comfortably but also created an unsettling feeling of intruding on someone's private space. Adding to the disappointment was the state of the furnishings. Rather than being conducive to a comfortable stay, the apartment was filled with antiquated pieces that seemed more fitting for a museum than a living space. Broken ottomans, tables, and beds littered the area, serving as constant reminders of the lack of care and maintenance the property had received. Enduring these conditions for a full 7 days was challenging enough, but what truly soured our experience was the host's response upon our early departure. A week after leaving, we received an email accusing us of causing damages and demanding additional fees. This accusation was not only unfounded but also incredibly dishonest, as the items in question were already in a state of disrepair before our arrival. The host's attempt to shift blame and extort money for pre-existing issues was nothing short of outrageous. It speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and disregard for guest satisfaction. Such deceitful practices have no place in the hospitality industry and certainly do not warrant a recommendation.

Our family has been coming to Winter Park for years. This is where our boys learned to ski and snowboard starting at 3 years old. They are now teenagers and still think Winter Park has everything they need and want in a mountain resort.
