Condo near peak 9

The property is mostly well kept, here was a broken chair and dishwasher would fall out when I would put dishes in.

It would get warm in the whole condo and couldn’t get it to cool off without leaving window open...

great location, well kept, I would stay there again..

They had to fake my parking space because apparently they didn’t have room for my rental, and I had to take shuttle from Denver but that all was fine... used Wyndham shuttle to get around if we didn’t walk...

All was good, 2 adults and 4 kids...

Dirty and in desperate need of an update.

I will start by saying Matt at Wyndham was great. He gave a 100$ food card for us to use at one of two restaurants in the area because of the key screw up that happened the very first day. I really appreciated that, thank you Matt!

The condo was dirty with chipped paint and ripped off towel racks especially in master. In the master bathroom toilet room the toilet was leaking all over the floor and there was a dried piece of "poop" on the floor near there toilet. Absolutely disgusting! I had dirty underwater from a previous guest in the dresser drawers, my kids had dirty clothes in their bedroom as well. Why didnt the maid clean all of that out ?The master bathroom had someone's toiletry bag with their contacts in it in the drawers of the sink. How can you miss so much stuff when you have a maid clean and then on a different day have someone "inspect" the condo? The condo had plates etc but no salt and pepper which I consider basics for cooking so we had to go out and buy some which is a first for a condo type of setup. The bedding smelled dirty, overall the place was gross. I couldn't imagine paying winter prices. This was July 5-8 2017 and I couldn't wait to move on to Telluride next. The garage key issue we had on the first day was rediculous! Just overall not a nice condo or experience. We were on a 8 day trip going from Aspen to Breckenridge to Telluride. The Breckenridge condo was by far the worst. They need to open their eyes to what is out there for rent and update the building and condo. Anyone who has left a good review about this condo is either lying or it was a long time ago. The ironic thing about the chipped paint everywhere is in every cabinet I opened, under a sink or in the kitchen pantry had cans of paint for the condo. Apparently they are too lazy to swab a couple coats here and there over the holes and chips in the wall. THere was also a card left on the counter stating the "Doris" cleaned the condo and another person inspected it a couple days later. Did she really think I was going to leave her a tip when I had to throw out someone else's dirty laundry and avoid stepping on dried crap on he master bathroom floor? Utter disgrace! I have pictures to prove what I am talking about too. No lying here:)

We have worked with our staff to correct the training issues and are working with the condo owner on updates as well. We look forward to this unit being back on the rental market in a freshened-up state!

Great getaway right next to the slopes!

My wife and son and I had a great time at the Chateaux! It was very relaxing and spacious with a convenient route to the slopes and down to Main Street. Loved it.
