In the heart of the hotel zone in km 6.5. The apartment is located on the lagoon side, mesmerising views of the tranquil lagoon with sunsets you won’t believe. It will take you 2 minutes walking distance to cross the street and arrive in the beach know as Playa Tortugas where the Ferry station is also located (to go to Isla Mujeres). Public Transportation is available just at your doorstep, very easy to use and move around the whole hotel zone for 12 pesos the ride (less than 1 usd). Big supermarket 10 minutes away and close to the best restaurants in Cancun.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a gorgeous lagoon view
This was a wonderful and quiet boutique hotel. The location is great and the kitchens are well equipped. The hosts were very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Exceptional boutique Hotel
Alejandro and family made our stay absolutely perfect for our first time stay in Cancun. The accommodations were of the highest quality and the setting was scenic and restful. We were treated to Sunset rooftop views with cocktails to morning coffees with fresh pastries. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive to our needs and extremely helpful in regards to Uber rides, transportation needs, and suggestions for restaurants. I highly recommend Casa Tortugas for a Cancun stay. You will make beautiful memories!

Quaint and relaxing spot outside of the Hotel Zone
Check in was easy, just pressing the button for the door to get in and we were happily greeted and set up with our room. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and willing to make our stay great. Our room was good, although it was not like the photos. Seems like some are better than others, but we were content because we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. Travel was easy with the buses running all the time. There’s not really any close restaurants, but there’s a market to get some quick simple food. Overall a wonderful stay, excellent hosts, and would highly recommend!

Such a quaint and truly beautiful property!
We stayed at this property for 15 days. We loved that although it was a "hotel" it never felt like that! The owners are wonderful and do whatever they can to make your stay great. Definitely follow Alex Jr's food recommendations! You will not be disappointed at all! Wonderful place for a great price a little away from the Hotel zone chaos!!

Great stay/ Very clean
We loved everything about the place. My partner saw a stain in the sheets so they lost a star for cleanliness. However, this will not detour us from staying again. Thanks for everything. We will definitely refer this place to our friends.
