Tahoefiesta - home with hot tub and Pool Table

Home with 4 bed, 2 bath, 1 game room accommodates 8 Adults. Larger game room has pool table. It has private backyard with hot tub, gas BBQ grill. Within 5 minutes to Heavenly ski resort. Good wifi for people who want to Work From home.

Monthly rentals and seasonal lease only. Ideal for working professionals who want to work remotely.

Guests pay for utilities monthly which is not included in booking rate.

It's a 5000 sqft lot with more than 1600 sqft built in area. You have a completely fenced pvt backyard with hot tub, BBQ Grill that gives you privacy. Located in a very prime location with access to all the key attractions in Tahoe, be it beaches or Ski resort or casino or meadows or shops & restaurants everything is accessible within few minutes drive.

We have been hosting since 2015 and with wear and tear, items seen in pictures like BBQ grill, chairs, wall hangings, lights, sofa, TV etc could have been replaced, photos on display are representative only. Since photo's are taken from wide angle camera to give complete coverage of the area they may appear larger than the size hence we are sharing exact size of each area in house.

The following are the detail measurements of the area in sq ft .
The Living area is 20 X 16 .
The Room 1 in the 1st floor is 10 X 11 .
The Room 2 in the 1st floor ,Next to game room is 08 X 09 .
The Room 3 , Master bed room in the 2nd floor is 12 X 16 .
The Room 4 , twin's bed room in the 2nd floor is 12 X 12 .
Drive way for car parking is 19 X 34.

It's a individual house, there is no restriction in accessing any part of the house. We also send a welcome document with checkin instructions that provide all helpful information about house.

Guest's have to strictly comply with city rules. Respect neighbors privacy, leave no impact. No loud noise or partying. City enforced quite hours have to be always followed.

Great Location but lacking some essentials
This cabin is located super conveniently near Tahoe Blvd in South Lake. Definitely its best feature. It has a hot tub and an outdoor grill but some features of the property need to be updated/fixed. The towels provided smelled rather strongly of mildew and we had to wash them twice to be able to use them. Some of the kitchen equipment was damaged but we were given a couple small pans to make due. I think mostly, being 4th of July weekend, it was a bit pricier then it should have been. Beds and bath were clean. Also an outdoor section of the patio was about to fall at any minute. This place needs a little TLC and then it would be a top tier property.

Great location, perfect for a group of friends
We had a great time at this property! A group of 7 friends and I came for a few days at the lake. The hot tub worked great, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had most of the utensils needed. The house is also in a great location (less than a 5 min drive to the lake and drug stores/grocery stores). The additional futon in the game room made it easy for our group to spread out. On a cleanliness level, the house is fine but not deep-cleaned and the yard is overgrown. There also were no cleaning supplies or extra towels/rags and the kitchen was missing a sponge and scissors. When I emailed to ask about these things, I unfortunately did not hear back from the managers. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cozy Cabin for 8
This was an awesome location for our family vacation in February 2019. It was quite the snowy weekend and we were greeted to a warmed home & running fireplace. The jacuzzi was fun for evenings while being surrounded by snow :) We were about 10 minutes away from Heavenly with all of the shops and restaurants for our leisure. Tahoe Fiesta was clean and had everything we could need to enjoy our 3 day weekend!

I would requimend this cabin to anyone it was very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. The cabin was very clean and the hot tub was perfect temp I jumped right in after unloading. The cabin is walking distance from a stocked trout farm where where I took my 1.5yr old son for his first experience at fishing. The only thing I can say that was slightly bad about this spot is that the neighbor is abit sensitive to noise and came out and asked to keep it down so we tried our best and it seemed ok after that. Overall my families first vacay of the year was great and will definitely be booking again in future years.
