This beautiful island home is single level, beautifully furnished, with ocean views and a private pool. Located in a gated subdivision and situated on a level 0.61 acre corner lot, this spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home opens to a huge covered lanai, pool, grassy back yard and trade wind breezes. The generously sized living room and kitchen form the central hub of activity with ease of access to covered lanai, pool, and bedrooms and the living area features 9 foot ceilings.

This 2003 home received an extensive kitchen remodel in 2013 with Siltstone counters, floor to ceiling Belmont cabinets, new appliances, and granite sink. Other significant upgrades include central air conditioning in living room and kitchen, zoned air conditioning in each of the 4 bedrooms, a half bath off the hallway by the living room and plush carpet. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ocean views and access to the lanai. The master bathroom offers double sinks, a soaking tub and separate tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, en suite and also enjoys ocean views with access to the lanai. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom has Twin beds, the 3rd bathroom is a full bath shared by 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The tall doors & ceilings, in addition to the color and material choices, are fitting of this contemporary home.

The property is lavishly landscaped with and an array of tropical plants and extensive lava rock walls. Kahakai Estates is a gated subdivision and is convenient to ocean, Kailua Town and Keauhou, yet its single entrance and private streets create an enclave fitting of excellent vacation homes.

There is a 5 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID 026-847-6416-01. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

Best family vacation ever!
We were thrilled with our rental - stayed for 8 days with our adult children, their partners, and our 1 year old grandson. Everything was as promised - clean, well stocked, and very spacious. Just a few minutes drive into town and beaches, though we did spend several afternoons enjoying the pool as well. Mahalo!

Awesome property
What a great vacation home! The house worked brilliantly for us - lots of space to be together and also to have separate quiet time - inside and out. Beautifully landscaped providing private back yard living space. The home was very clean and well equipped. All of our generations loved it and highly recommend this home!

Excellent place!
This house was amazing! We’ve been to Kona several times, and this was our best VRBO yet! The bedrooms are nicely spaced for quiet and privacy, enough bathrooms that nobody is rushed or waiting, and a great pool! We had 8 people on this trip, and we will definitely be booking again.
