8 UNITS TOTAL BETWEEN VILLAGE'S GRAND SIERRA LODGE AND VILLAGE MONACHE

I am pleased to offer this oversized and upgraded corner 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with great views on the 4th floor in the Village's Grand Sierra Lodge.

This two bedroom features a MUCH LARGER living room and bedroom than most units in the Village- the difference is huge! The views are beautiful and this unit is much quieter than most Village units (it is on the 4th floor and has 2 sets of windows). There is lots of extra space to walk around without feeling cramped like the majority of the units in the Village. The master bedroom has a nice desk with great views. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, full-size refrigerator, and oven range, and granite countertops, flat screen TV's in all rooms (cable provided) and free wireless internet. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper. New $6,000 zero gravity massage chair in unit to relax in after playing on the mountain. (To be delivered approx March 15th). This unit is all one level.

You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $50.00 plus tax

On the first floor of the complex there is a gigantic heated pool (even in the winter), several Jacuzzi spas, exercise room, game room, and ski locker room (bring your own lock).

This non-smoking unit sleeps up to 6 people and has one free unassigned covered parking space in the underground garage.

This beautiful condominium is nestled in the heart of the new Village at Mammoth, providing easy access to the many unique shops, restaurants, and the new Village Gondola!

In the summer the bike shuttle and trolley are steps away and the Village offers exciting events, wine tastings, concerts, restaurants and shopping. Watch movies under the stars and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Lots of games are scattered throughout the Village square. There is something for adults and kids alike.

Technically the Grand Sierra Lodge is ski in/ski out. There is a “back trail” but it is just one beginner run between Canyon Lodge and the Village. The Village gondola takes you to the Canyon Lodge where many more lifts are ski runs are located.

The advantage of staying in the Village is that you have several restaurants, shops and the gondola just outside the condo complex.

*There is usually a 3 or 4 night minimum stay during Holidays.

**There is a 3 night minimum stay for all weekends. Please do not use "BOOK NOW" if you are booking for less than 3 nights. Minimum stays vary with occupancy and demand and may not be reflected correctly under rates.

Notes:

Please note that prior to arrival I reserve the right to switch guests from one unit to another of the same type in order to maximize my occupancy. (Just like a hotel). The unit type will always be the same.

House Rules

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Copies of drivers guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards).

We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only.

We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.

During ski season, there is a 3 night minimum during the weekends UNLESS there is still a vacancy on the Wednesday before the weekend OR if a 2 night stay starts/stops with another reservation. There is usually a 3 or 4 night minimum during Holidays. Minimum stays vary with occupancy and demand and may not be reflected correctly under rates.


Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

The cancellation policy is you are able to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund if canceled 61 or more days prior to arrival. If canceled 31 to 60 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund less a 7% cancellation fee. Although our stated policy is that the rental amount is forfeited if canceled within 30 days of arrival, we try our best to be fair to all parties and we will usually offer a partial credit for a future stay as long as the unit is re-rented.

When you rent from VRBO owners and not the Village front desk directly you will have use of most of the important amenities. You DO have access to the pool, hot spas, gym, free underground parking and internet (I have dedicated internet service just for my unit). Technically you are NOT supposed to be able to use the shuttle, valet parking or bell service but some guests are able to use these services anyway by asking politely and/or tipping. Most people agree that it is worth saving the money but if you absolutely require all services, you should rent directly from the front desk.
