I am pleased to offer this oversized and upgraded corner 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with great views on the 4th floor in the Village's Grand Sierra Lodge.

This two bedroom features a MUCH LARGER living room and bedroom than most units in the Village- the difference is huge! The views are beautiful and this unit is much quieter than most Village units (it is on the 4th floor and has 2 sets of windows). There is lots of extra space to walk around without feeling cramped like the majority of the units in the Village. The master bedroom has a nice desk with great views. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, full-size refrigerator, and oven range, and granite countertops, flat screen TV's in all rooms (cable provided) and free wireless internet. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper. This unit is all one level.

You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $55.00 & tax

On the first floor of the complex there is a gigantic heated pool (even in the winter), several Jacuzzi spas, exercise room, game room, and ski locker room (bring your own lock).

This non-smoking unit sleeps up to 6 people and has one free unassigned covered parking space in the underground garage.

This beautiful condominium is nestled in the heart of the new Village at Mammoth, providing easy access to the many unique shops, restaurants, and the new Village Gondola!

In the summer the bike shuttle and trolley are steps away and the Village offers exciting events, wine tastings, concerts, restaurants and shopping. Watch movies under the stars and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Lots of games are scattered throughout the Village square. There is something for adults and kids alike.

Technically the Grand Sierra Lodge is ski in/ski out. There is a “back trail” but it is just one beginner run between Canyon Lodge and the Village. The Village gondola takes you to the Canyon Lodge where many more lifts are ski runs are located.

The advantage of staying in the Village is that you have several restaurants, shops and the gondola just outside the condo complex.

*There is usually a 3 or 4 night minimum stay during Holidays.

**There is a 3 night minimum stay for all weekends. Please do not use "BOOK NOW" if you are booking for less than 3 nights. Minimum stays vary with occupancy and demand and may not be reflected correctly under rates.

****We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation. posted.

We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only

Copies of drivers guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards).

We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.

When you rent from VRBO owners and not the Village front desk directly you will have use of most of the important amenities. You DO have access to the pool, hot spas, gym, free underground parking and internet (I have dedicated internet service just for my unit). Technically you are NOT supposed to be able to use the shuttle, valet parking or bell service but some guests are able to use these services anyway by asking politely and/or tipping. Most people agree that it is worth saving the money but if you absolutely require all services, you should rent directly from the front desk.

Good family vacation!

Everything was as expected. The condo was clean, parking was great, location was perfect for the kids and adults, and the owners were receptive when I had a question about our arrival.

The only drawback was the lack of effective air conditioning in the unit (there was a freestanding AC unit inside, but it seemed like it just made a lot of noise). We did stay during the hottest week of the year, but we had to get a box fan to cool off the bedrooms at night. Also, if you plan on using the pool, bring your own towels, as the complex doesn't provide towels for the privately-owned units.

Overall, my family had a great experience, and would come back again.

Great location for skiers.

The property is on the 4th floor of the Grand Sierra Lodge across from the Village Gondola so easy access to mountain base for skiers. With the location smack dab in Mammoth Village even non-skiers have plenty to see and do. Roomy unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well-kept and comfortably appointed. Rental arrangements went smoothly apart from a minor issue with key access: we had a late arrival and the key was not left where expected. This was remedied by VRBO and property manager. Overall we had a pleasant rental and stay; we would return.

Spacious, clean unit, can't beat the location!

We were very happy with this rental! We had a girls' weekend, and fit 5 comfortably in this unit. The master is spacious with an en suite bathroom, and the second bath is near the kitchen but still convenient. There's a small patio that overlooks the village and there's a view from the living room as well. The manager, Marcela, was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

The cancellation policy is you are able to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund if canceled 60 or more days prior to arrival. Although our stated policy is that the rental amount is forfeited if canceled within 60 days of arrival, we try our best to be fair to all parties and we will usually offer a partial credit for a future stay as long as the unit is re-rented and the canceling guest is respectful.
