Access to all the best restaurants and bars just steps away. The Fayetteville trail system is right outside the building, providing jogging and biking options. The condo is fully furnished to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. This is a non-smoking facility.

The perfect spot

We were able to book a quick trip, last minute at the 210. Ultra modern and unique, with all the comforts of home. Very, secure, clean and private with indoor parking right out the door. Food, entertainment and shopping are just steps from your door!

Little gem on Dickson

We come up from Dallas to visit our daughter who goes to UARK and have stayed at this place twice. You come in from a assigned parking spot steps from the apartment, unpack and you are good to go. Nice modern finishes and the place is always comfortable and clean for us. I typically cook some meals here and also enjoy the restaurants that are on Dixon. Walking distance to campus as well for a stroll around Old Main. We haven't rented during home game weekends but I imagine it's a great spot for that as well.

All the restaurants and bars of Dickson street await you to walk on over. The balcony overlooks the Walton Arts Center. If you have a student at the Uof A stay here and just walk everywhere.
